It also benefits from a large 25 mÂČ south-east facing terrace with table and chairs.
It comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, combination oven, refrigerator, a living room, separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a second separate toilet.
You will have WiFi access, the bed will be made on your arrival, and towels and bath mats are included.
Free parking is available near the residence.
The area:
The residence is located halfway between Saint-Malo and Cancale and is therefore an ideal starting point to discover the wonders of the Emerald Coast. You have magnificent beaches nearby, one of which is less than 10 minutes away on foot (Plage du Val). You are also a stone's throw from the Havre de Rothéneuf, a beautiful little cove.
If you like hiking, the customs path is just a few steps away and will take you on a 10 km walk (allow 2 hours 45 minutes) to the Pointe du Grouin, passing through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the region (Le Havre de Rothéneuf, La Pointe du Meinga and its view of Cap Fréhel, La Touesse, La Pointe des Grands Nez, La Plage and Fort Duguesclin...). You will discover steep cliffs, seabirds, incredible views over the whole bay, fine sandy beaches and waters that offer magnificent variations of blue.
At the foot of the residence, the Bénétin, an excellent restaurant renowned "between sky and sea", will delight your taste buds. You will be able to enjoy a fine and elaborate cuisine, based on sea products, in a contemporary and refined architectural setting. The 180-degree view of the sea is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant can also deliver directly to your flat (order directly from the restaurant).
The town centre of Rothéneuf is 600 metres away and offers other small restaurants, a bakery and quality shops. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute drive as well if needed.

Sightseeing:
A former privateer city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama over the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon is home to the Museum of the History of the City and the Malouin Country. In Saint-Malo, you can watch the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, go to the National Fort at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the islet of Grand BĂ©, and explore the bay of Saint-Malo on a promenade boat...
Those who enjoy walking or cycling can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouiniĂšres and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
Another stopover not to be missed is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Ăpoque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will reveal some of them to you.
Between Dinard and Saint-Malo, the Rance tidal power plant, commissioned by EDF in 1966, is open to the public: an interesting visit to discover the production of electricity by the movement of the tides.
In medieval Dinan, a town of art and history, take the time to stroll through the narrow streets, visit the feudal castle, admire the timber-framed houses and the beautiful religious buildings.
No visit to Cancale is complete without a visit to the oyster beds or the Marine Farm, and a tasting of seafood products, with a view, for example, of the Houle harbour. The Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions will reveal objects, costumes and traditions of the life of the Cancalais.
Transport and distances :
The SNCF station is 6 km away, less than 15 minutes by car.
It is preferable to have a vehicle to travel along the coast but it is not obligatory to have a good stay
