Village Green Studio Loft

Welcome to our studio loft with all the conveniences of an extended stay hotel room BUT with a better view and less congestion. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets featuring a view of Sawtell Peak from your balcony, and a beautiful shared yard and fire pit bordering the second hole of Island Park’s golf course (The yard is shared with occupants of the Village Green Lodge Rental). The apartment is just 23 quick miles from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, 59 miles to the entrance of Grand Teton National Park (one of the most spectacular mountain views in the lower 48 states). It’s just a few miles from great fishing at Henry’s Lake and world class fly fishing on Henry’s Fork. Village Green Loft has convenient access to many of the ATV and snowmobile trails in the area including Sawtelle Peak and Two Top Mountain. You can ride directly from the cabin onto the trail system. It's located within ½ mile of a grocery store/gas station that is supplied with basic groceries, an ATV/snowmobile rental shop, and a restaurant that is open year round. The apartment features a long driveway capable of supporting multiple cars or a snowmobile/ATV trailer. The loft itself is one large room that boasts two queen beds, a pull-out sofa bed, a balcony, a two-burner induction stove top, toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, gas grill, washer and dryer and a 55 inch UHD TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+.
A pack-n-play and stroller are available upon request (Please request at least three days before your check in date).
This studio loft shares part of the deck with the Village Green Lodge and can be rented in conjunction for larger groups.
A maximum of two house trained dogs are allowed on this property but must be kept on leash while outside and cannot be left unattended indoors. Prior manager approval is required and a pet fee of $25 per pet will also be collected at time of arrival. Sorry no cats allowed.
