Located in Mountainside, this two bedroom, two bath condo is located near hiking and bike trails, downtown Frisco, as well as Copper and Breckenridge. A master bedroom includes a king size bed and separate bath and desk. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and desk. The living room has a queen size futon, extra long leather couch, smart TV, and gas fireplace. Kitchen includes updated appliances. Deck with gas grill and a view of the mountains.

The Mountainside Clubhouse includes an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, three outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, racquet ball courts, restroom/changing rooms and community room.

A walking trail leads from the condo to the Rainbow Lake hiking trail, Mount Royal hiking trail, and the Summit County Recreational Path, which has 55 miles of paved space for biking and walking.

Great stay!

Overall my stay exceeded expectations. The apartment was much roomier than I had felt like it was going to be based off of the photos. The jacuzzi and pool area blew my mind when I went. Overall, extremely satisfied

Spacious and great parking

Condo is very spacious! We never felt cramped. Both parking lot and inside parking spots are very close to condo front door. Hot tubs were great and amenities and supplies were nice.

All the comforts of home

Host communication was excellent. Location was close to everything. Easy check in and checkout. Clubhouse has great hot tubs, sauna, men's locker room!

Spacious & clean

We stayed one night and wish we could have stayed another! The space was clean, spacious, and equipped with plenty of towels, blankets, water, snacks, etc. The beds were very comfy too! It was only about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Much better than description

The photos do not do the condo justice! We felt very at home, not like a vacation rental. Beds were comfy and there were a lot of extras in every room, too many to list.

Cool old school condo at old school rates

Located in the south end of Frisco, this property is ideal for five adults and wonderful amenities in the condo proper. A bit of a long walk to Frisco on a cold night but doable. Frisco is such a good location for Copper and Breck and Arapahoe ...thanks Ronald and Kristina

Good spot

Conveniently located to hit all the county spots. Quiet, homey and comfortable. Beds were great which is not always the case I have found. classic mountain cozy and clean. It also had a fully stocked kitchen which was nice for the couple meals we cooked onsite. Toilet in master runs constantly that was the only issue.

Clean home, convenient location

Enjoyed our stay. We spent 3 nights at this condo, on a ski trip. The unit is clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The designated, covered parking space is the closest spot to the unit (short walk up the stairs). The condo is a short 15 minute drive to Copper Mountain ski resort, and close to good restaurants in Frisco ( recommend Vinny’s Italian and Nuevo Vallarta). Will consider staying here again if future plans take us to Summit County.

Good spot

One bedroom has in-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is in the hallway next to the 2nd bedroom. The living area is bigger than it looks in pics. Walk to Summit Stage bus at Main and 6th is about 20 minutes.

Great central location

This property was perfect for our family of 5, minus a kitchen table. It was less than 30 min to all the main ski resorts and less than 5 min to groceries. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and pool (though you do have to walk outside to access them). The condo had plenty of bedding, a well stocked kitchen (both with pots and pans and condoments)…stop first to see what was left so you don’t buy duplicate. Our only issue was we wished there was a set of towels for the pool.

Frisco Condo

Condo was in a fabulous location. We walked to Main St. for dinner every night. Skiied Breck, Keystone, Vail. All easy drive. Loved the hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. Washer and dryer in unit was great to do ski socks etc ! Beds are super comfy and kitchen is really well stocked. Communication was fabulous. The only suggestion is to replace the throw rugs, they are super dirty. Otherwise the place was spotless. I know with the snow its hard to keep rugs clean. Would 100% stay there again. We had a fabulous ski week !!

Nice Stay

The condo had a lot of home touches, including a welcome packet of snacks (including oxygen) and a kuerig full of coffee. Did not touch the snacks but did imbibe in coffee. Not sure if included or not, so are waiting for the bill ;-). Unit is pretty sizable but that may be because there is no dining table -need to use breakfast bar. Plenty of storage space. Update of kitchen cabs and bedroom furniture is in order, but all clean. Overall we felt very comfortable.

Feels Like Home!

Wow, I cannot say enough about this property and our stay. This is BY FAR the most well-appointed rental property we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and there is certainly a "pay it forward" vibe, as there are spices, coffee, condiments, and frozen treats from recent guests. The condo is spacious and so cozy. Our family of 3 was able to have friends over who were vacationing with us to enjoy Final Four games and had plenty of room to spread out. The beds are very comfortable, including the living room futon! And there is lots of storage if you want to unpack. The location is lovely! Beautiful mountain views and a quick walk or drive into downtown Frisco. We also took advantage of the clubhouse amenities... great hot tubs. pools and rec room for our travel crew of adults and kids. I would recommend this property to anyone!!! We are already looking forward to booking another stay here. Thank you for making our vacation accomodation so perfect!

Summit County Ski Trip

We had a great time on our ski trip to Summit County. Frisco is a great "home base" for skiing at several local hills (Breck, Copper, A Basin, Keystone), dining at fun and fabulous restaurants, shopping, exploring the beautiful wilderness just outside the door. This condo is immaculately clean and maintained. Well stocked kitchen for all your needs. Keurig with available coffee!! The condo is lovely with spa-like amenities: lavender body lotion, luxurious bath towels, comfy bedding, great water pressure for a hot and steamy shower after a cold day on the slopes. Fireplace for getting cozy with loved ones. It's the perfect spot to reconnect with each other and unplug from the grid. It's pretty cool to get away and not post about it on social media. If you want to stay on the grid, the wifi is fast. Underground parking is a plus! Only 2 flights up from the garage. We had snow - so nice not to have to scrape the windshield. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We were able to pack light and do a load of wash mid-week. Ronald and Kristina are lovely hosts: good communicators, prompt replies. When our trip was cut short by a night due to a flight cancelation, Ronald and Kristina refunded one night's rent without us asking! I'd rent this condo again in a heartbeat.
