Large living room opening onto covered terrace (dining & lounge areas), open kitchen. Hall. 2 double rooms (each one with two 90 x 200cm beds that can be joined to form king size bed, private facilities (shower, washbasin, WC) and direct access to outdoors. 1 family room with two 90 x 200cm beds + double sofa bed. Separate shower room including WC. Outdoors : extensive grounds (1700 sq.m.) with lawn, covered terrace with wooden table & benches, barbecue, deck chairs, boules set, climbing-frame, parking area. On request, Raphaël can arrange a tasting. Disabled access, except for the 2 private shower rooms inside the double rooms.
