Enjoy a two floor townhome style condo, full kitchen, attached private outdoor patio, including an attached 2 car large-sized secured carport parking. Gorgeous view of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Just minutes away from the Palm Springs Ariel Tram, Palm Spring's downtown exquisite dinning, shopping, local casinos, and entertainment experience. Nearby grocery and convenient stores. Beautiful majestic desert hiking trails. Only one hour away from the beautiful quaint mountain communities of Idyllwild and Big Bear.

Amenities include full kitchen, washer and dryer, private patio & bbq grill, private 2 car gated carport parking, 2 large pools (heated during winter), 2 jacuzzies with a beautiful view of the San Jacinto Mountain. Maintained landscaping, and only a few steps away from the pool.

Great home away from home

We continue to enjoy Freddie’s place as our home away from home in the desert. The location is perfect for getting around town. Only a few min drive from everything. The views from the master bedroom and front are beautiful. Freddie is a great host! Very responsive!

My wife and I just spent a fantastic two months in a great Palm Springs condo. Everything was as advertised and did not disappoint. The condo was in a great location close to everything. We've using VRBO for 9 years now and this stay topped them all. Thanks Freddy!

Nice place but very noisy

The house is clean and in good shape. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. For longer stays, there is not much space to store groceries. The location is on the outside of the development facing a busy intersection that is always noisy. The heat and air conditioning were often at uncomfortable levels and set remotely. When there were issues or questions, the property owner was very responsive.

Thank you for your stay Richard. I am glad to know the condo was in order, clean, and in good shape. The intersection can be busy at peak times during the day. The air conditioner thermostat has an energy efficient setting turned on, which will regulate temperature at energy saving levels. I was happy to turn off the energy saving setting so you can set the thermostat at the temperature of your liking through out your stay. The kitchen is modest in size and fits the necessities. I was delighted to have accommodated a walk through with you to view the condo and its location before reserving.

Perfect for our needs!

We actually have not left the property - we extended our stay for a few more months. We are loving Palm Springs and this place is perfect for us as we finalize our permanent home which is under construction. Freddy is a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating. The condo has everything we need and the layout works great as we are both working from home and need to spread out. The view from the front door is stunning! We appreciate being able to utilize the pool and hot tub on the property. The condo was fully stocked and ready to go when we arrived from cleaning supplies to toiletries to laundry supplies and even ample TP! We recommend this place as a great home away from home.

Nice Short Term

All in all we had a very nice stay in Palm Springs. There are some plumbing issues, which owner has and is continuing to address. Only drawback for us was the busy/noisy Street in front of unit. Freddy, the owner always responded in a timely fashion.
