THINGS TO KNOW

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Proof of age is required.
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
* Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. Utility caps apply.
* Guests must complete identity verification and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* A starter supply of essential toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent is provided.
* For the comfort of guests and neighbors, smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted on the property.
* Noise and smoke monitoring systems are in place.
* Please keep gatherings appropriately sized and respectful of the neighborhood. Mailbox access is not available.
* Dogs are welcome with prior approval. One dog up to 25 lbs is permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
* Routine maintenance visits may occur for items such as filters, batteries, and smart lock service. Advance notice will be provided.
