The bottom floor has a heated 2 car garage and a mud room for shoes and gear and entry to the home. The ground-level entrance near the garage opens into an office. For those who have a lingering business that needs to be addressed while on vacation, this room provides a real sanctuary from the activity of the house. It is secluded and quiet, with great WiFi. So work or play, the Avalanche House is the place to stay! It also has a queen bunk room, with room for 2 self-inflating twin beds available if needed in the closet, a full spacious bathroom, and a large laundry room. The main floor of the house has a well-appointed kitchen, bar, family room, cozy den with a fireplace, and a spacious queen bedroom with a full bath that serves as the common bathroom as well. The third floor has a master suite with fireplace, a king bed, full bathroom with double sinks, a huge walk in closet, and a much needed steam shower after a day of CB adventures! Views from the master and shower are spectacular! Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with a full private bathroom and two more queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom in between them.

PARKING: There is space for 1 vehicle in the heated garage and 3 outside on the driveway.
