Enjoy morning coffee and tropical breezes from your private lanai that overlooks the 17th green of the prestigious Kona Country Club golf course. Marvel at spectacular ocean sunsets and winter whale watching directly from your lanai.

This remodeled condo features floor to ceiling windows in the living room that provide unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean as soon as you enter the unit. The primary suite offers a stunning mango bedroom set, an ensuite bathroom and an air conditioning unit for your privacy and comfort. Enjoy expansive ocean views from your plush king-sized bed as the day breaks. A second bedroom has a queen mango bedroom set, air conditioning unit and is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The loft features a king bed and an expansive wall of windows with ocean views. Ceiling fans are available in all rooms with a new mini-split air conditioning unit in the living room.

Relax and enjoy dinners on the lanai with your private dining set for six and propane gas BBQ. This home has all the luxuries of home including new stainless steel kitchen appliances, full-size washer and dryer and 60-inch television. High speed Wi-Fi and telephone with free local and long distance to the US mainland, Canada and the other Hawaiian Islands is provided.

Country Club Villas is a beautifully maintained complex with only 116 units. Just a few steps away discover the three pools, hot tubs and tennis/pickelball courts for your enjoyment. Our hideaway is ideally located in Kailua-Kona, just a short walk from the vibrant Keauhou Shopping Center with restaurants, multiplex movie theater, KTA grocery store, and CVS drug store. Immerse yourself in the local culture at the nearby Artesian Market each Wednesday/Friday, the Farmer's Market every Saturday or catch the Kona Trolley to downtown shops and dining. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park boasts snorkeling and surfing activities, Keauhou Bay offers ocean kayaking, paddle boarding and manta ray viewing and the Kona Country Club is at your doorstep.

Great location and place

Great location to downtown for Ironman, conveniently located near a supermarket, and walking paths/bike trails around. Condo was clean and well stocked; we enjoyed watching golfers on the course from the lanai!

Great size condo and location

Condo was in a good spot just south of Kailua-Kona but still very convenient to everything. Pool and hot tub on property were nice. View of the ocean and 17th green was fantastic. Because it’s on the 17th green there weren’t golfers out there until hours after sunrise. Condo community was quiet and parking was just across from the unit. Ac in all the rooms worked great. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The washer/dryer was new and worked great. Only negative is the amount of hot water. Only accommodates 2 showers before you need to wait a bit for the water to heat up again. Highly recommend.

The perfect place for us

The place was comfortable for our family of 5. Everyone was in a real bed and not on a couch or sleeper sofa. We did not consider the view when we chose this place but we loved sitting on the lanai for meals and watching the golfers, palm trees, boats and sunsets.

Very clean, very well stocked. All appliances worked well, including the air conditioners. We have no complaints at all. We would definitely rent again if it’s available.

Great place to stay

The view from the balcony is absolutely wonderful. Not far to the beach or shops. Good location to get to other parts of the island. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for 4 adults and two 8 year olds. Pools were wonderful. Overall a great place.

Beautiful views

We very much enjoyed the large lanai with wonderful views. Unit mostly updated. Very comfortable. Upstairs remained warm and not real usable for older folks . Very nice breezes both morning and evenings. Quite a lot of road and garbage collection noise on the road side but manageable. Will stay again if possible.

Clean & Comfortable Stay

Our group of 3 enjoyed the stay @ Country Villa. The location was easy to access and everything was as listed. There was just one issue with the shower water not being able to run in both bathrooms at the same time, but it was not an issue for us. Would recommend stay!
