Hi Christopher, We are so happy to be able to share our cabin with other families. The Style that I choose for this cabin is a modern with a cozy touch to give my guests the Tennessee experience. The interior finishes that I choose for my cabin are of High quality. The pictures that are included in VRBO resemble exactly what guest need to expect. We are very sad that after your stay we have found damages such as broken furniture and decoration. It is not possible that an 80 pound chair was broken by normal sitting. The previous person who stayed was me. Also after every guest including myself we have a personnel who does an inspection after every stay to check for any damages. This is done so we can immediately correct any damages if any. Also, the good thing is that our cabin is protected by property damages. During your stay our neighbors complained because they heard loud noises after midnight hours (what was that maybe a fight?) 1. Whiskey Bear Creek has a monthly pest control service. The last service was done October 13 two days before your stay and they did not report any roaches or issues. After your stay I sent the pest control again and nothing was found. 2. Grill gas tank- you never contacted me about the gas tank. I always keep a second full gas tank inside the kitchen closet where the water heater is located ( I don't understand why you blame without contacting me; I always answer any questions or doubts to my guest). 3. Refund ? Why would you get a refund if you damaged my property and I have not received a refund for the damages that you have done during your stay. Also I ordered a brand new chair that I have to wait 6 months because this is a special order chair. It's our priority to give our guest the best experience but, guest also have to follow the cabin rules.
