Rules and restrictions

SPECIAL REQUESTS: All special requests (such as in-room amenities, bed type, and smoking preference) are shared with the hotel, but requests are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. We recommend you confirm them directly with the hotel before travel.

PETS: We DO NOT ALLOW pets in our condos, suites and some of our homes. Pets are not allowed at any of our facilities, which include: Pool, Fitness Center, and Clubhouse. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest that has a pet in their unit and room nights will not be refunded. The homes that do allow pets will charge $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee at check-in.

SMOKING: We ask all guests to refrain from smoking, except in designated areas which is 25 ft. away from any building. Not complying with this policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500.

DAMAGES: Any damage to the property is the responsibility of the guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.

QUIET TIME: 11:00 p.m. -6:00 a.m. We ask all guests to respect this and avoid loud activities outside after 11:00 p.m. and we ask you to have as much fun as you want without disturbing your neighbors.

POOL HOURS: 6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. There are three pools, two hot tubs and one fitness center are located by condos. They are only accessible with key cards During the time of stay. Guest must comply with all pool regulations posted. Violations of regulations will result in being asked to leave the pool area.

VACATION HOME PARKING: Vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway of your rental home. HOA CC&R's do not allow any vehicles to be parked on the street overnight. Registered vehicles/trailers will each receive a parking permit during the check in process. Permits must be displayed in a visible location in vehicles/trailers for the duration of your stay. Trailers are not permitted to be parked on the street at any time.
