This home features endless seascapes & mesmerizing sunset views and is just a few minutes walk down to the beach! The friendly owner has private quarters below with a separate entrance downstairs. She keeps to herself when visiting and respects guests' privacy. The endless views of Clam Beach and Little River combined with the proximity to Moonstone Beach make this home a great spot for exploring the North Coast. Moonstone Beach is a local family favorite beach that is best known for great surfing, kayaking and fun exploring with rocks to climb, tide pools, sea caves and pristine sand. Running and fitness enthusiasts will love taking the downhill stroll to Moonstone beach, crossing Little River and walking or running for miles on Clam Beach. On a low tide walking north on the beach will lead all the way to Camel Rock, a popular surf spot. After a day of exploring the Redwoods and beaches guests will love sitting on the South facing deck soaking up sunset views.

The open floor plan is spacious and bathed in natural light from the unadorned windows. This beach house is decorated with a mix of modern and vintage decor that creates a comfy vibe with a large contemporary sectional sofa plus 3 old fashioned rocking chairs perfect for lounging and enjoying movies on the large Smart TV. The open living room feels like a solarium with expansive windows without coverings that allow the outdoor views inside. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary and entertainment needs. The propane bbq is located on the deck just off the kitchen for easy grilling. This two bedroom, one bathroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and can accommodate 2 kids w/ twin rollaway beds. Each room has a queen bed and a fold out twin. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Convenient parking in the driveway allows for two to three cars.

Moonstone Beach Retreat is located off of Scenic Drive running just below Hwy. 101 so this home is easy to access but may have some road noise along with the sounds of the sea. Drive less than three miles away from the seaside village of Trinidad which offers a full service grocery, restaurants, a wine tasting room, cafe, art gallery, museum, pier and pristine beaches. Explore nearby Trinidad Head's 45 minute loop trail with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Patrick's Point State Park just 5 miles North of Trinidad offers a plethora of outdoor activities such as hunting for agates, exploring tide pools, and hiking the majestic Elk Head Trail. Take a scenic 40 minute drive North to explore the majestic Redwood National and State Parks.
