Welcome to Kentucky! Our enchanting house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and an open layout. The home is clean and very well-maintained offering lots of natural light and neutral paint throughout. Additional spotlights: a dream theater room, bar, game room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools and walk out patio. A full gym with weight machine, treadmill, and elliptical and even an old school scale. 3 car garage and double wide driveway, large level yard for games and fire pit for marshmallow roasting, a large covered deck for relaxation in all Kentucky weather!

The main floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, breakfast nook, or living room. The primary bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and full jacuzzi bathroom. The first floor also has one full guest bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms both with queen beds. All rooms are equipped with Smart Roku TV's. For safety, the fireplace in the living room is shut off and not operational.

The lower floor has a full bathroom and the entertainment of the house. Down the stairs: the bathroom is to the left, the full exercise room is straight ahead containing the weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, and even an old school scale. To the right is the cozy game room with a dream theater room, full bar, and room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools, large screen tv, small gaming TV, and walk out patio.

Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area. We do not allow parties / events as the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No pets allowed!

This property is not childproof. There are items within the home that may not be toddler friendly (glass table, board games with small pieces, etc.).

*The Doublewide Driveway is shared with the detached garage occasionally used by owner.
