Unit D9 in Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort with a view of Lake Havasu, mountains, city and boat launch at Sam's Beachcomber.
Enjoy a private home in a resort setting and sit on the expansive covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the lake, mountains and beautiful desert sunrise. This two bedroom, one bath property is located at Sam’s Beachcomber Resort on the island of Lake Havasu. One bedroom has a King bed while the second bedroom has a Queen. There is plenty of closet space and storage in both bedrooms. There are two door walls that open to the large deck, one from the master bedroom, and the other from the kitchen/living area. The deck has a barbeque as well as tables and chairs. Sam’s Beachcomber Resort has 24 hour security, a community swimming pool and spa, a clubhouse with lots of social activities, a gym, card room, horseshoes, a private beach, a private boat launch ramp, onsite laundry facilities and more.

This was a great spot to spend a few days. Definitely a great location, close to the marina. The patio has a bit of a lake view and is a very comfy place to hang out and watch tv, play games, or visit. The master bedroom has a sink in it which is a great feature. Hollie was very responsive with any questions we had.

Love the location with a view of the lake and a big shaded deck. Property manager is very responsive to your needs. Kitchen filled with everything you need to cook meals. Definitely recommend.

Great Stay for Desert Storm

We had our adult kids stay at this location while we stayed in an RV at the resort and we all enjoyed the property thoroughly. The property is located with views of the city and also the lake. There is a wonderful outdoor deck with comfortable furniture and a table for eating at. Holly was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. The home was clean, comfortable and fully equipped.

It’s five o’clock somewhere

A quaint 21 with all the amenities. The boat launch nearby, water views and lakeside decor encourages guests to relax and enjoy their stay! We enjoyed the patio TV in the evenings after a fun filled day on the lake or tourist activity! Hollie was great in answering all of my questions.

Great location

You can’t beat a place in beachcomber! This place was very clean and the communication was great! It’s super close to the boat ramp and the deck is a great size!

Holiday weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and the home accomadated us quite nicely. The outdoor patio funiture was an excellent place to hang out with some drinks.The boat launch was so close and convenient, would defintiely stay there again.
