Ice place to stay

Hotel was convenient and close to the mountain. The shuttle they have works great and the staff at the resort were all fantastic! We’ll be back next year.

Nice location near Mont-Tremblant

Check in was easy. Pool was underwhelming; was very dirty and not heated. Towels weren’t available for the pool. Hot tub was low on water and wasn’t hot at all…a warm bath perhaps. Carpet in unit needs cleaning and extra pillows for the bed would be nice to have.

All the comforts of home

Great location and convenient shuttle to the ski hills. Very friendly staff “Alex” was so professional and yet very warm. Nice spacious room overlooking the hot tub. Very nicely lit up at night !

Tremblant off hill

Unit is well equipped. Large outdoor hot tub. 5 minutes from hill. On call shuttle van to and from hill was very convenient. Restaurant and bar are NOT open.

The Chateau seemed like a great stay for us as a family of five. A little kitchenette and enough beds for all of us is hard to find, so we were so happy about that. The problem we had was that we had picked it out of others because it had an indoor pool and when we checked in, we found out that the pool was “out of order”. It would have been nice to get a “heads up” when this happened. We could have prepared our kids for the major disappointment. Because of this, it seems that every family that booked in that weekend had to make do with the hot tub and all the kids were in it. Also while we were there, the wifi was down…so no pool and no shows. The kids were a bit sad. The room was clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. But there were not enough plugs in the room and some lamps were not working, so either all the ceiling lights were on or we were in the dark. It also seemed that the bedding was skimped on. The comforter/duvet my husband and I were using was old and lumpy due to being washed many times, so I was cold while sleeping. We had one pillow for each of us but they were flat. When I asked for more pillows, I was given one and told that was all the hotel had. My children used the pull out couch which was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever used and you could feel every spring. Maybe an upgrade is needed…the Murphy bed was so comfy for my eldest but each bed only came with a light blanket that is meant to compliment a comforter so the kids were cold as well.

Perfect

It was a short visit and exactly what I needed to have a great couple of ski days. Cozy place to relax in after skiing in a beautiful natural area away from the crowds. A quick drive back and forth, and close to town as well. COVID presented some limitations so I wasn't able to enjoy all the amenities of the property but that was out of anyone's control.
