Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The primary suite features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and relaxing garden tub. Need extra sleeping space? The living room includes a sofa sleeper, and the bright, cheerful sunroom—ideal for meals, reading, or simply unwinding—offers an additional sleeper sofa as well.

After a day on the beach, enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower and fish-cleaning station. But the true centerpiece of this home is the upper deck, where you can take in spectacular Gulf views, lounge in the sun, or gather for unforgettable sunsets.

Non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
