This was the perfect stay for our family vacation. It felt like home right away and the owners were wonderful, attentive, and great communicators. The lake is quiet and peaceful yet full of life. The house was even better than expected and allowed us all plenty of space and convenience. The neighbors were welcoming and kind. It was an amazing week and we would book this again and again.

Great house

The lake is beautiful, much quieter than other lakes we have been on. Easy location to find, we were able to park 3 cars and boat trailer in drive with near parking.

Great Family Retreat

Wonderful property; beds comfy, kitchen well equipped, toys for young children, water toys and water craft for the sandy beach. Everything as advertised. We had a family with 2 seniors, 4 adults and 3 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful lake spot

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend. The kids loved the lily pad and paddle board! It was great to have the beach right in the backyard. Everything was wonderful.

Great vacation get-away

This beautiful home on a beautiful lake with a great beach was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. The open concept layout of the house was perfect for a family gathering with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. The outdoor space was perfect for gathering at the beach and playing in and on the water. The patio was perfect for eating outdoors and we enjoyed the fire pit. I highly recommend a stay at this home!

Family Fun at Lily Lake

This was our first visit to Lily Lake and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home comfortably accommodated our party of 10 and was well equipped with all the essentials. We had beautiful weather, allowing us to take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities, the lily pad was our kids favorite. Would highly recommend this property.

This was our 3rd year at this home. It's a great place for our multigenerational family. The home is clean and very family friendly. The main room is large enough for all 10 of us to be together and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. There is a lot to do inside and outside of the home. We hope to make next year our 4th year there!

Beautiful location

This is our second time staying at this house. It’s a perfect place to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids (5,9, and 10). Check in is a smooth and easy process. With a paddle board, lily pad, jumping platform, kayaks, and peddle boat there is lots to do to keep the kids busy and having fun!

Perfect getaway!

Pauline and Don's home was exactly what we'd hoped for: spacious home on clean, cozy lake, nice beach for the kids, ample room for each family to have their own floor, bathrooms and privacy, great gathering rooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. The amenities were generous and we could spend lots of time relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Great Lake house

The home is beautiful and perfect for a multigenerational family. The great room is perfect for everyone gathering together. The outdoor spaces are great for eating and spending time. The beach is perfect for kids and adults for playing in the sand and in the water. We loved the lily pad and peddle boat. The kayaks and paddle board were so fun to take around the lake.

Nice stay at lakefront house

The house was great for a family gathering, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and open areas to get together. It had beautiful lake views with lots of water equipment. We enjoyed the fire pit, with fire starters and some wood provided. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond. There was plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and lots of supplies in the kitchen, which was very convenient.

Fabulous week on the lake!

Our multigenerational family of 10 had a fabulous week together at this home on Lily Lake. Carl and Pauline provided everything we could have possibly needed. We had lots of space and many bedrooms. Places to gather together and places for separate groups. We highly recommend staying at this home!!!

Just what we were looking for.

This is a lovely, newer home. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and lots of space to spread out. We spent our time playing on the private beach, paddle boarding, and peddle boating. We watched the animals, including a pesky muskrat and huge bullfrogs. Lilly Lake is very peaceful and serene while being just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva. We loved the fire pit on the terrace overlooking the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely like to book again and will not hesitate to recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Lounging by Lily Lake

We just spent a relaxing week in this beautiful home on the shores of Lily Lake. The house was equipped with everything we needed: comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, excellent WiFi, TV and sound system. Because we arrived before spring had really sprung we made much greater use of the lovely 3-season porch and its gas stove overlooking the lake than the spacious back yard and fire pit. The living room fireplace was a welcome addition to the inviting ambiance of the home. Fishing boats, kayaks and life on the lake were just getting started but it was easy to imagine spending warm days and evenings both on and off the water. We did manage to fire-up the gas grill most days which gave us a least a taste of the summer that’s just around the corner. The property was less than 90 minutes from our Chicago home making it an easy trip and one we can imaging making again.

Lovely home, great location

This is a lovely home, built recently and to a very high standard of design and materials. We were four generations, age 2 to 87, using all five bedrooms. We were concerned about stairs between three levels, but the main level has everything our senior needed, and the stairs have strong child gates for the toddlers - and the lower level was perfect for them, because they could be there with their parents, in nice quiet and dark bedrooms away from the main activity. We had a great time. Typical day: early morning coffee on the lower lakeside patio, looking at the peaceful view. Breakfast around the huge dining room table, then an excursion, for instance to a petting zoo. After naps, to beat the afternoon heat, head down to the shaded private sand beach to build sandcastles, use the water toys, or go out on the peddle-boat. Grill dinner and eat at the big outdoor dining area with an umbrella over the table. When the children get to sleep, board games on the breezy screen porch, or settle down to watch a movie on the big screen TV. A terrific vacation.

Family get together

The home is beautiful and we were all very impressed with the landscaping! There was plenty of space for us and we enjoyed being able to both gather together as well as have enough space for alone time. We thought the space was well thought out for families. We had everything we needed for the grandkids (aged 1-11.). We especially appreciated the water equipment and kids toys, which we used daily. The left burner on the grill doesn’t always ignite. We did change out one of the propane canisters when we arrived. The upper bunk room was rather hot so we moved a fan from the basement up, otherwise rooms were comfy and beds were great. The three season room was very popular! The house is also well decorated. The fire pit area was fantastic for firework viewing! There was plenty of seating outdoors and indoors. It was great for our large group. The hot water is HOT and abundant. We never ran out which was pretty amazing. Bathrooms are great size and everything was very clean when arrived.

Great rental for families

My family of 9 came to stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The home is clean and spacious with nice communal spaces and also enough space to spread out. We enjoyed using the paddle board, paddle boat, swimming dock, and lily pad. We also jogged and walked around the lakeside community. The outside space has a large table and chairs to have a dinner over looking the lake and also other comfortable chairs to sit and relax in and to read a book. In the evening, we could all fit on a large couch to watch television, we played board games in the 3 season room, and also had a foosball tournament. It was a very nice stay.

Our Family Get-A-Way At The Lake House

We all wanted to have a relaxing vacation and we got it. The multi level home gave us great views of the lake. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, using the paddleboat and eating dinner outside. The family favorite was the foosball table!
