The Cozy Cavern (Top floor Apartment).

This is the top floor apartment of a 4 bedroom home. It has 2 bedrooms on top floor, one with a King size bed. The other bedroom has full size bed, complete with dresser. Small but manageable bathroom with stacked washer and dryer, nice little open kitchen that extends into dining area which is nice sized room with oak dining table and 4 chairs. The King size bed is Super nice, has small bedside table for your phone, with electric outlets for charging.

The space
Living room has a couch, 2 recliners, 50" wall flatscreen, free satellite TV, 156 channels, free Netflix, youtube, etc. Small kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cooking pots and pans, etc. Stack-on washer and dryer in bathroom. Nice dining room with oak table and 4 chairs.

Guest access
Total top floor access only, cannot enter or exit to the lower duplex from inside, door is kept locked on both sides between upstairs and downstairs. North side of garage, regular sized car will fit, has low ceiling so no tall vehicles.

Other things to note
Must remain Motel quiet as we sometimes have guests in lower level of the home. No kids under 5 please due to noise concerns. No inside pets!
