The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, including three en-suite bedrooms and a separate pool house suite.

The main level offers a dramatic two story living room with a stone fireplace, an open dining area, and a bright kitchen with seating for up to 12 guests. A year round solarium overlooks the heated pool, and the first floor primary suite enjoys pool views.

Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms and an additional bedroom.

The connected pool house adds exceptional flexibility, featuring a screened porch overlooking the pool, private upper level suite with bedroom, full bath, living area with sofa, kitchenette, and deck overlooking the pool.

The Fairway House is a true four season getaway, perfect for beach days, fall color tours, winter adventures, and spring golf trips.

One of the highlights of this home is it`s premiere location. Just a short walk to the beach, park, playground, golf course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Fairway House is also just a short drive to other nearby activities, restaurants, wineries, breweries, antiques and plenty of shops.

90 minutes from downtown Chicago.

A car is definitely recommended in this area. Grand Beach is also a golf cart friendly village, and we’re happy to arrange a rental for you if you’d like. You must be 16yrs of age with a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart. This is strictly enforced by the GBPD.

Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend weather permitting.
