Eingebettet hoch oben auf einem Bergrücken entlang Panoramastraße auf St. Croix renommierten North Shore sitzt Brimstage Estate, benannt nach einem malerischen Dorfes im Nordwesten von England (die Eigentümer Eltern der Lord und Lady of the Manor Brimstage sind.) Die 3 Schlafzimmer / 2. 5 Bad Villa bietet 180-Grad-Blick auf St. Croix, daß Strecke von der Nord-Süd-Ufer und umfassen; die USA und die British Virgin Islands, Salt River, Buck Island, Green Cay, und Christiansted.

Der Pool mit Swim-up-Pool-Bar und Küche im Freien einen idealen Platz bieten einen Nachmittag Cocktail und Burger auf den Grill oder vielleicht beenden Sie den Abend im Whirlpool schlürfen Champagner zu genießen, wie Sie in der Nacht auf die funkelnden Lichter von Christiansted blicken und die Millionen Dollar-Blick.

Im Idealfall alle Vorteile der konstanten Passatwinde nimmt nach Osten dieses charmante Karibik Villa. Das Haupthaus besteht aus einem offenen Wohn- / Esszimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad, und WC. Es gibt 20 Fuß offenen Holzbalkendecken und schönen Keramikböden. Schritt für Schritt durch den Doppel-Französisch Türen hinaus auf die umlaufenden Säulengang, die einen Esstisch und Sitzecke sowie schattigen Hängematte hat. Direkt an der Hauptterrasse neben dem Pool, Outdoor-Küche und einem Whirlpool ist die getrennten Karibik einem bestimmten Thema eingerichteten Schlafraum mit einem großen privaten Deck. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über separate Eingänge und ein gemeinsames Bad teilen. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das andere mit zwei Queen-Size Betten. Unterhalb der Gast Schlafräumen ist das Büro mit eigener Terrasse und ist mit Breitband-Internet, Kopier- / Faxgerät, Kaffeemaschine, Spüle und Mikrowelle ausgestattet.

Die Villa befindet sich Mitte der Insel an der St. Croix und ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten von Christiansted und 20 Minuten von Frederiksted. Es ist 5 Minuten von Cane Bay und dem Strand, Schnorcheln und Tauchen und 10 Minuten von zu Carambola Golf. Es ist ein Mieter in dem separaten Gästehaus am Hang unterhalb des Haupthauses in Notfällen leben; Ihre Privatsphäre ist ihr Hauptanliegen.

Brimstage Estate is truly perfect! The views are amazing, the pool and outdoor living space is so spacious and exactly where you’ll want to spend all of your time. It was so incredibly peaceful and quiet on the mountain side. The home is just as perfect as the outside with nothing lacking for preparing meals, entertainment and hang out space for everyone in your party. We were so appreciative for the provided selection of pool and beach supplies to use as well! Wally is a phenomenal host- one of the best at communicating and his recommendations were so terrific!!! We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful views overlooking the Salt River Bay and the east end towards Christiansted and Buck Island, and over to the south side, Wally's place is an absolutely beautiful home with a superb layout, a great salt water pool and outdoor kitchen area, excellent terrace with multiple seating areas, wonderful breezes with open air living. Green throated Caribs and the Antillean Crested hummingbirds at the Ginger Thomas bushes throughout the day, and enjoyed spotting many other birds of St Croix. Wally, the host, is friendly and helpful and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and his favorite beaches, and was attentive to any need or concern we might have, without being intrusive. We are already planning our return trip to this lovely villa. Thanks Wally! We had a great time!

The pool and view were great! The communication was very good. My issues was lack of attention to the home. Overhead lights were dirty or not working, washing machine smelled moldy and the dryer took a very long time to dry, sheets were thin, some stained sheets, some towels had holes in them, kitchen poorly stocked with cooking utensils ( all kitchen items seemed to be bought at a garage sale) toaster toast on one side of bread, curtains moldy, no paper towels on the property and very little toilet paper, the drain in one shower was clogged, outdoor cushions were moldy and in poor condition, the sectionals was terribly uncomfortable and was actually outdoor furniture, the guest information book was rusted and needed to be updated. All these issues are easily fixed but seemed to not have someone paying attention. If they could do a new update to property, then it would be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

This guest was not honest about the number of guests staying at villa. They were ultimately charged by property management company. I guess they figured leaving a bad review was payback.

Happy that you enjoyed the place. Apologies for the pool being cool. Unfortunately the solar panels that I had installed that help to heat the pool water do not work during overcast rainy days like you experienced at the start of your visit.

Gorgeous views and Spacious house

We loved our stay there and we will remember this place for its space, amazing views and gorgeous sunrises. The area is quite and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. Our two college aged kids took advantage of the different areas of the terrace and the pool. Wally gave us good tips for shopping and was prompt to reply to our messages. This place is the perfect vacation home.

A great view

The title of the listing is not an exaggeration -- the views are amazing from near the top of the range. This was our fourth trip to STX and we all agreed, this was the best house we have stayed at in that time. Close enough to Christiansted that the drive to town is only around 20 min. but also far enough away to be calm and quiet. Communication with the owner and the local property managers was great, even though we had no issues.

The view and the home are wonderful!

Perched on the hillside, the views are simply amazing.. Loved watching the rain storms roll by! The home was very comfortable and felt homey to us. We lived on the patio and in the pool. The kitchen and BBQ were easy to use and move around in and about. It was a nice relaxing break from the world. Hope to stay there again soon. Thank you Wally and Mgmt team for a wonderful time! Great stay with great communication

We enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely. Great common spaces to spend time in together, and very clean rooms. BEAUTIFUL master suite! The kitchen is larger than it appears in pics! Our only “heads up” is that this (like many vacation rentals on the island) is up a windy road with a significant elevation increase. It made for beautiful views, but also made us need to plan our comings and goings efficiently because the drive can be a challenge for those prone to carsickness (especially in the backseat!)

Awesome!

Pictures and description do not justice to Brimstage. Views were spectacular, and the house had everything you could need. From a well appointed kitchen, to beach chairs and coolers, and everything in between. On site, Anne and Paul were great and answered all our questions and had great recommendations. The owner Wally made went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitly return.

Beautiful Place

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Host was very nice. Only complaint would be having the neighbor so close. There is a boom box in the living room that is Bluetooth and is pretty loud so we had a complaint about the music. There was also a storm that hit us and the kitchen window didn’t close so we woke up to a huge mess in the kitchen. Water was everywhere. But other than that, it was an amazing stay and great location.

The view! Amazing

We loved our stay and the host, Wally, was so communicative and kind! If youre looking for a comfortable stay and a view for miles and miles you cant go wrong. The only downside for us was that we had a lot of windy days during our 2 weeks which actually made it too cold to use the pool much. The locals tell me december is often windy (as opposed to the normal breezy). Believe it or not the temperature was in the high 80s every day. We werent cold but didnt need to cool off. Lol

Home Away From Home

There is absolutely nothing that is missing from this St Croix North Shore Rental- (well minus the zipline to the beach) There was everything you could ask for and more, we made belgium waffles one morning and BBQ'd everynight. The pool was a delight to cool off and the hot tub in the evenings was glorious! Having lived by the ocean before the outdoor shower was refreshing. We could not have asked for anything more- The owner desires your perfect get away and will do whatever he can to ensure you do.
