This spacious home boasts 2 King Master Suites, one is conveniently located on the first floor and features a mounted T.V., walk-in closet, and en-suite master bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. A second Master King Suite with private bath (and walk-in shower) is located upstairs. The second floor also holds an additional King Suite and 2 separate Kid's Rooms, one with a built-in Twin-over-Twin Bunk-bed and the other with two Twin Beds. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Dew Drop Inn.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
