The Space:

Conveniently located, explore nearby attractions like Woodland Mall, Van Andel Arena, Children's Museum, and John Ball Zoo within a 17-mile radius. Rivertown Crossing is just 25 miles away. Additionally, there are many lakes! Lake Bella Vista is a private lake however Bostwick Lake Park is 3 miles away and Myers Lake is 4.6 miles away, both with public access.

There is NO central air at this location. There is a window air conditioning unit in the living room and the queen bedroom only.

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 1 private apartment in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and back patio with a propane BBQ grill. **Please note: there are Several steep steps to access this unit.** You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.
