Bright Gulf front condo with shared pools and hot tub, WiFi - easy beach access! This unit has a master bedroom with king bed, a bunkroom with two single beds, and a queen sized sofa bed, sleeping 6. The unit is located on the 8th floor, guest is advised to park on the 8th floor of the adjacent 12 floor parking garage.

Beach fun rules at this condo, and it's ready for your vacation! Relax and unwind in this cozy home that offers many amenities. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee, feel the Gulf breezes, or even watch the sunrise. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Guests will have access to shared pools, hot tubs, a fitness room, sauna, spa services, tiki bars, and more!

The Shores of Panama resort charges a $75 resort fee per booking for a packet that includes 6 wrist bands to access the pool and 1 parking permit for the garage. The resort security requires you provide full names of all guests, make, model, license plate of all vehicles; a secure link will be sent to you in the check in letter so that you can provide the information and pay for your packet.

Great view; comfortable bed

Condo was nice and had a great view. The pool was being renovated the first 11 days of our 14 day visit, which we were not informed of ahead of time. Parking was confusing so would advise other guests that a parking pass is in the unit and you can park in any unreserved spot. That info, if provided with check in instructions, would have made for less grief. Owner/manager was very nice and responsive to questions. I would recommend this property.

October Break at Shores of Panama

This was a perfect mental getaway for my family and I..the property looked just like the pictures..checking in was easy and a breeze. We had no problems at all..The view from 8th floor was amazing..Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip!! Thank you!!

Not a Bad Stay

Property was fairly nice - needs a really good deep clean (curtains and lamp shades have stains on them), walls have splatters on them, and the walls in the Master, above bed, is covered in dust. Feel a little more updating, deep cleaning and maintenance would put this property above and beyond some of the others. It was also not mentioned that golf carts were not allowed in the half empty parking garage and required us to walk 1/4mile to park. Overall, the view was great, the proximity to a few real good restaurants was nice, and we enjoyed the pool and beach.

We visited PCB last week and loved it! The 2 biggest issues we experienced were the elevators and the parking garage (neither can be controlled by the property owner and we were aware of these issues prior to arriving after reading the reviews). Lorien was always very prompt at answering any questions I had about the condo both before and during our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars overall was due to noise and that was only on our last night there. A new group had come to the resort and were not following the noise disturbance rule, screaming, loudly talking and banging on the balcony well after 1030(again, not able to be controlled by Lorien). Other than that, it was a great experience and would highly recommend!

Love the resort

But it had a college spring break vibe for sure. We just stayed in our lane and they didn’t really bother us. Our condo was good. Needed new lights in master bath and over bunk area. But overall very happy and would rent again.

We can for bike week and this condo was right in the heart of the activity. The pool and beach were great for hot afternoons. We would stay here again.

Never again- if I could give zero’s I would!

When we arrived at 4:30 our room was no where close to being ready which left us standing in the hallway in the heat with all of our luggage. Our room was not ready until 6:30- not 4:00 as stated. The owner was very dismissive and did not care that we were inconvenienced. She told us to put our stuff in the condo and head to the pool. She continued making excuses about how it was peak time, etc. and we need to be patient. 1.) Our bands/ parking pass packet was not in the room so again we were left waiting. 2.) We had just made a 12 hour drive and already had plans to meet friends for dinner. We needed to shower/ get ready but could not utilize the condo to do so. Our first night did not go as planned because of this situation and is extremely disappointing considering how much money we paid to enjoy our vacation. The parking garage is awkward and absolutely horrendous. There are very few unreserved parking spaces so consider yourself lucky if you find one. The elevators are even worse than parking. We waited a minimum of 15 minutes each time for an elevator. Everyone we talked to also complained about the slow elevators. We often took the stairs but they were always dripping water, sometimes directly on us, and had standing water which is a huge hazard. I do not consider this to be family friendly, especially if you have small children. It always smelled like trash or marijuana. There were constantly people yelling, playing loud music, and spotlighting until midnight and sometimes later. Nothing was done to enforce the quiet time hours. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property which is fine but there are NO signs or information in the welcome packet stating this information. The condo was just fine- the ice maker and dryer do not work very well. We saw roaches several times. The second bedroom (more like a closet) is very small for two children. The top bunk is jenky and wobbly. The beach was entirely way too crowded and the staff is rude. Definitely would not stay here again!

I am saddened to see such a negative review as most of my other reviews are 5 stars. However, I must admit that the room was not ready by 4pm as contracted with our cleaning company; I tried very hard to be apologetic and suggested many activities which I thought would be helpful in waiting for the room to be ready, I understand it may be felt as dismissive of the problem. In hindsight, I should have offered a refund of the cleaning fees instead. The upside is that my cleaning company is excellent; this is the first time they did not finish cleaning by the contract 4pm time.

Great stay

We really had a great time. There was a small issue with the room not being ready on time and not clean. I sent an email about it and Lorien had someone out immediately and problem was solved. Her response time was amazing. The place is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This condo worked for us-family of four. Property had great views! We had an issue with check in but was quickly resolved. Parking structure was the only downside. We would stay here again.
