This two-bedroom apartment is located in a residential building in the 6th district of Paris. Your health and safety come first which is why we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

Our home features the following:
- Located only 100 meters from the Luxembourg Gardens, it is very bright and offers generous spaces.
- The layout of the apartment provides two double bedrooms with a lot of privacy and space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, even the Nespresso capsules are provided in order for you to enjoy a good coffee in the morning.
- Also provided: bath towels, hotel quality linen, shampoo.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Luxembourg Garden is one of the most beautiful garden of Paris.
The neighbourhood offers plenty of small restaurants. You will be seduced by all the beautiful paved road.

## Notes

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
