The main room has a comfortable seating area, a TV, and a high table for dining.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster and fridge to easily prepare a delicious homemade meal. Kitchenware is also available.

The first 2 bedroom is equipped with double beds and the living room with a couch bed (130 cm) for 2 kids or one adult. I provide the sheets.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and I will provide you with towels for your stay!

Note that the flat is not very bright. The parking is not free, and guests must reserve it in advance.

Considered as the historical cradle of Bordeaux merchants, the Chartrons district extends from the Jardin Public to the quays, passing through the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district.

Only 50 meters from the apartment is the Cours du Medoc tram stop. Here you can hop onto Tram B to head to the historic center of Bordeaux in a matter of minutes. Alternatively, there is a self-service bicycle station is located at the end of the street.
From the train station, you can easily reach the apartment by taking line C and then B

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
