Beach beige living room has hi-speed wifi, streaming tv. Bedroom w/ book nook, iron, writing desk. Beach chairs & tags, & shared outdoor shower. 2 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to downtown, 15 min drive to AC.

Cozy second floor apartment 8 lots back from the beach with great light and a good ocean breeze. The exterior of the home was fully updated in late 2020 and the second floor has new paint and window treatments through out, as well as updated furniture. Private entrance is up a set of stairs, where a furnished south-east facing sundeck will greet you. Kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, olive oil, and spices are provided. Coffee pot is drip, but hosts can provide french press or stove top espresso maker upon request. There are games and books in the living room as well as the bedroom book nook for rainy days.

The grill for guests is in the yard at the bottom of the stairs, next to the fence. There is a hose and stocked outdoor shower (May-October) in the backyard that is for both first and second floor units to share. Two beach tags are included with the rental (needed Memorial Day-Labor Day), along with beach chairs, cooler, and beach bag. Guests should plan to bring any other beach gear they need.

AC is from window units, available Memorial Day through end of September.
Guest access
All second floor spaces are for the guests' exclusive use. Between May-October there is a shared outdoor shower stocked with shower essentials for guests' use in the backyard.
Other things to note
We are currently unable to provide bed sheets and towels due to our housekeeping partner's Covid-19 protocols. We apologize for any inconvenience. A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, basic cleaning supplies, and hand sanitizer are all provided for guests.
