On the ground floor, the living room and the open kitchen revolve around the wood stove and its large fireplace, which will welcome you lit when the season justifies it. The living room opens onto a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, lawn area. On the 1st floor: the landing provides access to a large double bedroom (160x200 bed) which can accommodate a cot, a triple bedroom (140x200 and 90x200 bed) and a shower room with wc. You will have nothing to plan, the bathroom linen is provided and the beds will be made on your arrival. Bluetooth speaker, board games, books... will ensure you cozy evenings. The cottage includes 2 private parking spaces. To facilitate your stay, Anaïs and Nicolas offer you, upon reservation and paying option, to prepare family and friendly dishes that you will only have to put in the oven, as well as breakfast baskets made up of local products. Pets are welcome, within the limit of two animals per stay. Ideal for successful holidays in Brittany, this cottage is located in a typical hamlet of the region and adjoining the cellar of a house, 20 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, less than 40 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinan, Ferns and reindeer. You will overlook the Marshes of Sougéal, located in the nature reserve of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. You will appreciate the flora and fauna and the many walks. In direct proximity (7 km), the Forest of Villecartier is a family leisure base with its pond, its miniature port, its horseback riding and its tree climbing course. The cottage is furnished and decorated with care in a contemporary cottage spirit and aims for the right balance between rural and modernity.
