Holiday home in Dolus near the beach and town center

New 96 m2 holiday home in Dolus d’Oléron (Beaurepaire). Ideally located less than 1 km from the beach and about 2 km from the town center, it accommodates 6 people. It is fully fenced and consists of 4 rooms.
On the ground floor:
Living room with two sofas, a stove, a television, books, and board games
Open kitchen connected to the living room with full equipment (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, coffee maker (standard filter), kettle, dishwasher…)
A laundry room with a sink, washing machine, and dryer.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140 with wardrobes
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 80 that can be pushed together to form a 160 double bed with wardrobes
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160, with adjacent shower room (shower + sink) and wardrobes
A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink

A garden with a terrace overlooking the living room and a terraced patio overlooking the kitchen (with garden furniture, umbrellas, and sun loungers)

Parking: 2 cars can be parked on the street in front of the house.
No wifi but a 4G box is available.

End-of-stay cleaning included.

House linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, and dish towels) are optional at €25 per person.

Upon arrival, a €120 cleaning/trash deposit will be required by the concierge to prevent any issues. It will be refunded on the day of departure if the house is in a reasonable condition.

Bicycles can be rented at a special rate or other services through the concierge.

A minimum booking of 7 nights is required in July and August, and a minimum of 3 nights for the rest of the year.
