Luxurious 3 BR Condo overlooking 30A nestled between Rosemary & Alys Beach

Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Condo has been fully remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities. The Condo sleeps 6-7 comfortably with a King Bed, Queen Bed, and a Bunk Bed with a Full Bed on bottom and Twin Bed on top. Primary bedroom has a work space area that includes a desk with monitor and HDMI cord.

Patio fully furnished overlooking 30A. Private Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo; Tram also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Pools and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guests use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Condo is equipped with 4 beach chairs and 7 beach towels for guest use.

Beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented from the providers located on the beach. Reservation contact info will be provided in guest's welcome packets.

Bikes are also available for rent from Peddler's Bikes that is located on the complex property. Reservation contact info will be provided in guest's welcome packets.

Beautiful condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s very clean and nicely renovated. The beach is a short walk away, bike rentals right downstairs and plenty of food/shopping options close by. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, wonderful hosts

The apartment is beautiful and very well located. Just walking distance from the beach, restaurants and town. The place is very well maintained, exactly like the pictures. Hosts are very responsive and great disposition. My family and I enjoyed very much our vacations and would definitively stay here again.

Great Unit and location

Very clean, recently renovated and close to great food and amenities. Plenty for space for a full family with 3 kids. Although it was just two of us for the weekend.

Immaculate! Fantastic location, convenient, great access to beaches and restaurants. The only criticism is that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the Florida heat (all doors were closed!). Super!

Beautiful condo, amazing location, the best.

This condo was perfect. Clean, new/renovated, awesome location and very helpful owners. Kim was great to communicate with and everything about the condo was as expected. Beach was easy to get to and Peddlers pavilion is a great spot for dinner with the family. Look forward to returning to this condo next year!

Family Girls’ Trip

This was a multigenerational girls’ trip for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. nice property; convenient to restaurants and shops; the beach was overly crowded where we had access; the adjacent properties were not as congested; i would suggest staying at Waters Edge or Rosemary if you are looking for less crowded beach options

Great time in 30A

We had a wonderful time visiting 30A. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Very accessible to everything around. We rented bikes and walked to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Our kids loved staying in the bunk bedroom. We would definitely come back!

Look no further and stay here!

Location was great! Shopping, restaurants, live music at night all right here!! There is a little grocery store to get snacks, beer and wine close by. The condo itself is perfection. It was a short walk to the beach. Loved they provided beach chairs. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Our family has been coming to 30A for summer vacations for many years. Once we became empty nesters, we decided to look for a place to purchase along 30A. We fell in love with the Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach areas, and our unit is located between the two areas.
