The Mountain Lodge is nestled among the majestic 14,000 foot peaks of the San Juan mountains and is surrounded by pristine ski terrain. This breathtaking property exudes a chic and rustic mountain charm while providing guests with a premium alpine experience! The Mountain Lodge offers stunning views at every turn and enough amenities, services and and charm to have you well taken care of when you're off the mountain! This two-bedroom / two-bath suite features 950 sq/ft of warm design, a personal patio, a cozy fireplace, three flat screen TV's, a full kitchen with new appliances, new wood floors, ample storage space and a full rotation of resort-style services! We stock our unit with premium coffees, teas, snacks, sparkling waters AND your first round for Happy Hour! The Village Market is steps away from your front door and grocery delivery is available. Our guests are also invited to enjoy après ski cocktails (with crazy dramatic mountain views!) at Alloy Kitchen which serves boldly seasonal, globally inspired mountain cuisine in a warm, lodge-style setting above Mountain Village. After a day of mountain adventures, soak and swim in the stunning outdoor pool and hot tub deck surrounded by the jagged San Juan peaks! Recharge in the fitness center, detox in the steam room or lounge next to the massive stone fireplace next to the bar.



Mountain Lodge also offers a free shuttle service to to Mountain Village's extensive shopping and entertainment and other destinations throughout the area. Our unit is steps away from the new Village Market where you can stock up on groceries, high quality produce, deli items and your Après libations. The Mountain Village core as well as downtown Telluride are both a short (and FREE) gondola ride away and offer a dizzying array of dining options, bars and entertainment venues. The free gondola to the Village core and downtown Telluride is located steps from our unit and makes zipping around the region free and easy!



Our unit is priced SIGNIFICANTLY below published rates for Mountain Lodge because we manage this unit ourselves. We believe that the beauty of the Telluride region should remain accessible to a variety of budgets and lifestyles. The Alpine Escape is the PERFECT choice for couples, families and anyone looking to have an affordable adventure in Telluride!



Our guests have complete access to ALL of the resorts amenities! Enjoy an on site ski shop and rental service, concierges, full bar and restaurant, steam room, workout facilities, complimentary shuttle service, gear lockers and more. On site parking is PAID parking and is managed by the Mountain Lodge staff at check in. Other parking options are available nearby as well. Given the proximity to the free gondola, local walking and hiking trails and the free Mountain Lodge shuttle, most guests do not need access to a car for the duration of their stay.

The condo was great, and clean, and centrally located. This is absolutely a five star property and I plan on returning. I gave 4 stars because the air conditioning (or radiant heat/cooling) did not work and it was hot in the condo…otherwise everything was spectacular!! I will return!

Dang man! 4 stars cause you need to use a free gondola or on demand shuttle to get into the core area that is also only 1/3 of a mile but can ski IN/OUT directly from the condo? Ouch.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have four small kids and packed an air mattress and it was perfect. Check in and communication with property manager couldn’t have gone better. Place was super clean and well stocked.

The entire property is beautiful , with stunning views everywhere you looked! The View restaurant was also gorgeous and the food delicious. Our condo was so cozy and spotless, the perfect place to come home to each day. Luke, the unit Host, was amazing and very organized, he was always available for any questions or concerns. This was our third time staying in Telluride but our experience at the Mountain Lodge was by far the best! We highly recommend it!

We had a few minor issues during our stay and they were addressed by HK and Maintenance. There is a $35 per night parking fee that you should be aware of. Location is great for ski in/out.

Summer review : If you love the sound of gas engines, multiple TV electronic log ins, and a rave on Sundays, this is the place for you. We would never stay at this facility again. The unit is sandwiched between floors and is LOUD. Without A/C, windows are open and the staff zooms around either shuttling people home or laundry at the crack of dawn. The google cast presents its own issues - another unit was controlling our volume and it was a channel war. Super bizarre. Crazy they don’t have smart TVs. The valet staff was great. The location was decent, a quick walk to the gondola; valet parking offsite is 45/day (FYI). The unit is definitely showing its age. Upon arrival - there was no bedding set for the pullout, the staff did bring it after a lengthy exchange. They also did bring addl fans bc the unit was so warm. The kitchen is not appointed for people staying more than a night or two. Barely enough silverware for a group of four; the utensils and cookware is rough. The tubs have rusted soap holders if at all, missing plugs. A very underwhelming experience in a place with so many other options. Sunday is “REHAB” at the pool with a DJ and non guests, not family friendly. The wait staff could barely be bothered for anyone under the age of 12. The girl at check in and throughout the week was hardly helpful. The view is beautiful and that’s where it stops. We checked out two days early because it was just yuck. Never again.

Our staff was very responsive to your requests including bringing you extra linens for the sleeper sofa. We also took your post checkout feedback and have upgraded the kitchen package for future stays. When you look at the reviews for both this property and our management you will see that they are top notch, and the family that stayed right after you departed gave the same unit 5 stars We always have a discount for returning guests, and we would be happy to get you setup in one of our single family homes the next time you visit. Amazing location and excellent customer service

Our entire stay was wonderful. From the minute we checked in, the front desk and concierge were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They answered questions and were so knowledgeable about the area, which was great since it was our first time visiting Telluride. Whenever I did reach out to Luke, he was very responsive and also so helpful! You can’t beat the location, it was perfect for our family, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at the Mountain Lodge property. The unit is well maintained, stocked with the right essentials, very clean and fresh. Exactly what we wanted for our short vacation to climb the nearby 14ers. Enjoyed the welcome gift of beverages and snacks! Great location within the Mountain Lodge property with convenient access to the gondola and the nearby market for last minute groceries. Will book this unit again when we return to Telluride!

Unit was very clean and just as how it was described in the listing. All the amenities that were included, ie. the pool and hot tub were always neat and in order. Luke was very good about providing everything that was needed for our stay. Only downfall was the daily 39 valet service fee to park on the property that the resort made you pay, which wasn't even necessary as most of the time we kept our car key and came and went as we pleased and just used the valet service when the lot was full. Would definitely book with Luke again.

Always love telluride and mountain village

We have stayed at mountain village before and loved it. This unit was great and we liked the floor plan better than the last one we rented here. There was unfortunately construction and new roofs getting put on all the buildings but we understood it was an update that was needed. The management of this unit were apologetic and took care of us. We love mountain village and and this unit and will definitely return.

Clean, Efficient, Well-Stocked Condo

Luke was a delight and a good communicator, answering me quickly every time I had a question. The condo was just as described, well stocked and clean. Parking was a nightmare but that was not Luke’s fault, it was the lodge management; however, we managed to find a parking spot every time. It’s a picture-perfect location and his list of local favorites was a big help in choosing restaurants and local stores like wine and groceries. Check-in was a breeze. Thank you, Luke!
