The Home
This spacious 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers 2,827 square feet of comfortable living space across two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Situated on a corner lot in a quiet Monument neighborhood, the home provides the perfect blend of space, convenience, and comfort for families, groups, and extended stays.
Step inside to an inviting open-concept living area where everyone can gather. The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making meals and conversation easy. Additional seating at the kitchen bar provides extra room for dining, morning coffee, or planning the day's adventures.
Just off the dining area, you'll find access to the balcony where a propane grill and outdoor dining table make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. - All reservations exceeding 28 nights require a signed rental agreement. The agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed and must be completed prior to your stay.
- Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
