No Stairs for the "Dream home" to get in. Dream home is only 3 miles from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Mary's. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom are on the main floor. Four bedrooms have queen sized beds. Over 2,800 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 0 steps to get in the home. Hardwood floors on the main level. We are only 1 blocks from strip mall, restaurants, and 8 blocks to Walmart grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

No steps to get into house through the garage. Being only about 3 mile away from the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital is a blessing itself. Having restaurants, a strip mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 and 63 make this house easy to find and get to. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. All 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds. There is a single bed in the second living room set up. We also have a pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use. Box fan, wheel chair, shower chair, movable water head in shower are all there to help and use by guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath and the other bathroom has a shower. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you to use. A pool table and a foosball table with many toys as well.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Put cigarette butts in the metal container.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.

In 2020 I got a phone call 5 minutes prior to my KTTC interview (about covid-19 and how it affected short term rentals) which is the local TV station here in Rochester MN stating they had decided from the open house who they were going to sell the house to. I told him I was never informed about an open house and didn't even know the house was up for sale. He said “Oh, sorry I thought I had contacted everyone who was interested in the house.” I was too worried about my interview and let it go as it wasn't meant to be. A month went by and at 6am I was reading my email from Zillow and noticed the address and said that address looks very familiar. Sure enough it was this house up for sale. A real estate agent bought it and then flipped the house. It was listed for $100K more than what he purchased it for. (But little did I know that till months later.) We were not going to be able to go see the house till 4pm that evening. By noon I received another email from Zillow for this house again with a $50,000 price reduction. My son turned to me and said “God did that for us so we could afford the house.” I told him he was right.

Across is the street is Wendy's, Burger King, Thirsty Belgium, Subway, Taco Bell, Cold Stone Creamery, Chinese, Liquor Store, Strip Mall with different stores, Good Will, Menards, Walmart.

Easy to get a Lyft or Uber ride or cab ride. Bus routes are in the area for all the shopping across the street.

Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee. You are responsible for all pet hair and waste clean up.
