Charming and well-kept 3-bedroom home, ideal for a couple with a small dog. Two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with brand-new carpet (no pets allowed upstairs). The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, soapstone countertops, and marble tile backsplash. Bathroom has marble floor and granite vanity. The fenced backyard is perfect for pets. Two parking spaces are located behind the house. Narrow driveway—pickup trucks can enter but must proceed with caution. Pets welcome with prior approval and small fee.

Wonderful Home!

This home was clean, cozy, and extremely convenient for our appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Bao, our host, was delightful and very responsive to any questions. We will stay here again during any upcoming trips to Rochester.

Mayo treatments

Great location for short walk to Mayo. Hosts are super responsive to messages. House comfortable and as advertised. We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean Cozy Convenient

Great cozy house very close to Mayo Saint Mary’s. Recently remodeled and maintained all of the charm. Very clean, beds were comfortable, owner was great to work with. Within walking distance to hospital, restaurants, grocery, park. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Super clean…location was excellent and beds were very comfortable. One block from Saint Mary’s which was ideal, I had both parents in the hospital at the same time so the stress was minimal, could walk to the hospital and back to let our dogs out. Owner is very kind and always quick to respond. Will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location

We were able to walk to St Mary’s Hospital and to restaurants. The house is immaculate and cozy. The gas fireplace warmed up the living space quickly. Everything was fresh and new. The owner quickly answered our questions and messages. I would stay again!

Clean and charming too!

House was very clean and had tons of nice touches. We stayed for two weeks while a family member was recovering at Mayo. Beautiful location, with just the right amount of furniture, dishes, decor. Very thoughtful in meeting the needs of the guests. I appreciated laundry baskets, clothes hangers, extra garbage bags and other household supplies.

This was a great place to stay! We loved it and would stay here again. Pros: Excellent proximity to the hospitals. A 4 min bike ride or 12 min walk to BOTH St. Mary’s and Methodist. Extremely clean. Not a speck of dirt inside. Well stocked with paper products linens and kitchen supplies. Comfortable beds and pillows. Communicative host. Adorable, historic, and impeccably restored. Cons: this is an old house, built in the 1930s, so there is no garage, steps to enter, only one small bathroom. Limited dining space.
