Enjoy views of the ocean and Block Island from the 1st and 2nd floor balconies along with private access to The Village at Sand Hill Cove beach in this stylish condominium. Walking distance to the Block Island ferry, renowned George's of Galilee restaurant, quaint new Tiki bar on the beach with nighttime live music and minutes drive to Point Judith Lighthouse and multiple town/state beaches. Built in 2011, this 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse condo with an open floor plan has it all!! Hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with natural stone tiles. Open the doors and windows and enjoy the cross breeze and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach or close the doors and relax in the comfort of central air. The 1st floor entry is from a covered porch that leads to a small mudroom with natural stone flooring and storage closet. The second level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, guest bath, living room offering ocean views from the balcony and furnished with a fold out couch for extra quests. The top floor has a master suite with full bath including a tiled shower and it also has a private balcony offering gorgeous ocean and Block Island views. There is a second en-suite bedroom with full bath offering beautiful views of the fishing and Block Island ferry pier. Lastly on the top floor is a hall laundry area with washer and dryer. We are new owners and new to VRBO and we are committed to making your stay as memorable as possible!! Being locals to the area, you will have the comfort of knowing we are available at any moment, yet will ensure your privacy and only be present if requested.

We stayed here during a gorgeous weekend in October for a best friend’s getaway. This property did not disappoint! The condo was clean, modern, and spacious. There was easy, private access to beach with a stunning view from the 2 decks in the condo. Jim had great communication with us and provided quick responses to any questions we had. We all agreed, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This townhouse was perfect for our stay! The ocean views from both balconies were amazing, and having private beach access was a huge plus. The place was super clean, nicely updated, and had everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The location couldn’t be better, with restaurants, the Block Island ferry, and the beach all within walking distance. The owners were friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Beach Get Away

This is our second year at this property and it was perfect. The condo is comfortable, has everything you need. The location is perfect. The ability to walk to the ferry for a day on Block Island is a plus. Georges restaurant next door never disappoints. Other favorites are only a short drive away. Communication with James was perfect.

4th of July week 2025

So much fun! House was perfect, Jim was so attentive and thoughtful, let us check in early. Great layout, clean, easy technology, well stocked with everything we needed. But the best is the location- the beach, the restaurants, and the fireworks were right in front of us on the beach. Also, one review said the staircase was narrow- it is NOT, it’s totally normal. While it’s in a busy part of Galilee, it was peaceful and we never felt or heard any noise unless we opened the sliders. We had a few cool nights so we turned off the AC and listened to the ocean all night, magical! The tiki bar is a lot fun too. Great vacation!!

Pros: good communication with owner Nice location Convenient 2.5 bathrooms Airy design Great for our use Cons: Air quality - slight beach musty mixed with too much chemical air cleaners Skimpy supplies- less than 1 roll toilet paper per toilet for 6 day rent. Had to bring our own supplies- this is not the norm for beach rentals in our region of country. Steep staircases. Noisy inconsiderate neighbor - downstairs tenant played loud music in his truck outside At 4 am! Had to be asked to stop.

Excellent location & gorgeous home

This was an exceptional property. Every detail has been attended to - comfortable furniture, beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and communication with Jim was easy and prompt. And the location could not be better! We thoroughly enjoyed George’s of Galilee for dinner and Champlain seafood as well. I highly recommend this property!

The condo was perfect for a girls trip away, beautiful, spacious and welcoming! Loved hearing the seagulls and the private beach was lovely! The location of the condo was perfect for exploring other parts of Rhode Island, its different beaches and beautiful scenery! Also close to the Block Island Ferry which was great for a day trip there. James, the host, was very responsive to all my questions too. Everything was perfect. Location is excellent for the Block Island ferry and restaurants. This property does not disappoint. The beds were excellent. The kitchen is stocked with more than you could need. The short walk to beach makes this the perfect spot.

We are a young family with a deep love for South County. Though our main house is only a 10 minute drive from the condo, we wanted something close to the water that we could enjoy as a family and also afford us the opportunity to allow others to experience all that Southern RI has to offer!

We looked at many properties and fell in love with this one the moment we walked in. The location offered everything we were looking for from the unit itself being of newer construction with all modern amenities to the close proximity to the ocean and the private beach access was a definite selling factor! We wanted a "home away from home" that truly felt like we were hours away from our normal day to day grind, but was only minutes away.
