Dieses Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet neue, komfortable Möbel, neue, komfortable Betten, Daunenkissen und -decken, schöne Kunstwerke, Highspeed-Internet für Ihren Laptop sowie alle wichtigen Liegemöbel und Gasgrills. Die Granitküche ist bis zur Kaffeemühle voll bestückt.

Es gibt einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer von der 3. Etage nach Norden und Süden ausgerichteten Decks sowie das Hauptschlafzimmer Deck. Neben der privaten Terrasse bietet das Hauptschlafzimmer eine Sitzecke, ein Ankleidezimmer, einen Whirlpool, einen Fernseher und eine Glasdusche mit zwei Duschköpfen.

Ein kleiner, halb abgeschlossener Garten lädt zum Grillen und Spielen ein.

Das Innere des Hauses ist auf drei Ebenen aufgebaut. Jede Ebene hat ein Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock (2 Einzelbetten) hat Zugang zum Vollbad im ersten Stock. Die zweite Ebene des Hauses hat die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Glasdusche, zwei Duschköpfen, Whirlpool und zwei Waschbecken. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im zweiten Stock.

Die dritte Ebene des Hauses ist ein offener Bereich für Unterhaltung, der zwei separate Wohnzimmer im Haus bietet. Der dritte Stock hat auch ein Queen-Size-6-Zoll-Tempurpedic Schlafsofa für Ihren totalen Schlafkomfort. Diese Etage hat auch ein Badezimmer.

Access to the property was easy with combination door locks/codes and having been given instructions by the owner. The house and property were immaculate. Views of the ocean from each of the three floors-beautiful! It was also nice to be able to walk to the beach instead of driving. Would definitely request to stay again at this lovely property!

We were attending a wedding for the weekend, so the property provided us plenty of space to be together as a family, yet still offered privacy for everyone. The home was conveniently located to downtown Narragansett with the beach right across the street. Overall our stay was perfect.

Easiest place to relax

Another fabulous week near Scarborough! This was our family’s second summer staying here and it honestly feels like home. We had beautiful weather, and nice cool nights meant spending time on the upper balconies listening to the waves. Beach access is so easy here, even on 4th of July! Even rainy days are great with plenty dining space and room to play cards. We are very thankful for Doniell and Kathy’s communication and hospitality for the second year in a row.

Perfect RI Beach Getaway

The House was exactly as described in the description, the directions for the house were very thorough and easy to follow, and the host was very responsive and timely. Everything you could need was available, including a VERY well stocked kitchen. The whole house was very clean upon arrival, and the extra little things like the umbrella and beach chairs provided in the shed were very helpful when we forgot our umbrella. The amount of deck space was really great for spending time having coffee and looking at the view. Having the ocean literally right across the street was great! Really couldn't have been a better stay!

This was a great house for a long weekend of URI graduation activities. It's so close to the beach and assorted restaurants. The house was clean. We didn't need anything. I would definitely book this again.

Excellent ! House was very clean, well kept and had lots of amenities. Quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We were 6 adults in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything else. Our host was a good communicator - very responsive and helpful; was kind enough to allow us an earlier check in so that we could drop off our luggage prior to a wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend.

Pleasant Stay

Location of the property was great. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. 3 couples stayed there for a long weekend. The setup of the bedrooms/bathrooms is probably better suited for a family. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. Communication was great and the third floor space is awesome.

SUN AND FUN

The property was as advertised plus more. Everything we needed was there from kitchen to laundry to bathrooms to beach needs. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of family time and private space if we needed it. We had one mishap. My husband, who has difficulty with walking, tripped and grabbed onto the towel bar tearing it out of the wall. I notified Donielle immediately. Her first response was concern for my husband-thank you. Donielle's husband was at the house within a day to make the repair. We were very embarrassed but he very quickly put us at ease. We look forward to spending another summer holiday there.

This was our fourth stay at 6 Greenbrier. The home is well maintained and always clean upon arrival. The location is just a short walk to Scarborough Beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had the pleasure of rotating visits with each of our four sons and their families throughout the week. Because of the size and layout of this house, that worked perfectly. It would not have been large enough, nor were the bathrooms placed advantageously enough to accommodate all of us at once (two of the bathrooms were located inside bedrooms which left only one bathroom Off the kitchen, available for all to use). Rotating through provided all of us with a wonderful time and plenty of room. In addition to the stated amenities, there were many seasonings, condiments, extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc., available to use if one forgot theirs or needed to supplement. Depending on the Make up of the guests, the bathroom situation might be very comfortable and workable as is. The owner quickly responded to any question that we had. I rate this 10 out of 10.

Beach vacation

Short walk to Scarborough. Short enough that if we forgot something, there was minimal burden to run back to grab it. Kids were thrilled with their rooms. Places we have rented before in the area have not had large living spaces, so rainy days were challenging with a family of 5. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were so spacious here! Plenty of room for all. Felt like home!

During the summer there is no better location as it is across the street from Scarborough Beach. The rest of the seasons are magnificent as well with the ocean views and quite relaxing walks on the beach in the quaint town of Narragansett. This house is so close to the beach you can smell the ocean every time you step outside. The views are incredible from all decks and most windows. The house is designed for comfort and as a year round home with all the amenities one could want, including comfortable beds and furniture.

The best part about the house is the 3 levels. There are 2 living rooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor. If you are visiting with children, the two living rooms provide great opportunities for separate spaces while still being in close proximity.
