Aqua Vacation Rentals Springfield Beach House is a bright, modern retreat with private hot tub, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths in the heart of Union Pier just 1 block to Berrien Beach. Every detail of this home was thoroughly thought out and resulted in an amazing makeover. As you enter the front door to the left is a large living room with lots of natural light and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a movie on a large smart TV or just hang out. The house has cable and internet for guests enjoyment. On the lower level of the house there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a bathroom across the hall plus a large primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom attached. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed, a full bath and a half bath plus a large open concept kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has everything you need for a large group gathering including 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers and a large dining table for everyone to sit together for dinner. This area also features a small seating area and there are stools at the island for enjoying breakfast or a cocktail while making dinner. The backyard is very large with plenty of space for the kids to run and play. Enjoy the large patio area with comfy outdoor furniture, umbrellas, a hot tub, a gas grill and a fire pit (w/firewood) to enjoy S'mores or a glass of wine while watching the stars! This home is in the heart of Union Pier with the beach just a block away and Whistle Stop and Red Arrow Road House just a few blocks away. As an Elite home our guests will be provided a welcome package, toiletries and all the essentials which include hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry soap.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
