The condo is in upscale beautiful Paradise Valley ( borders North Scottsdale) in gated Marbeya Condominiums , a very quiet safe residential area. Upscale homes and Mountain views surround this gated community .
The best of both worlds. Close to shopping, restaurants, and all activities in Scottsdale. We specifically chose Marbeya because it is intimate and smaller than some of the other gated communities. We remodeled this space for our own use as well so we were particular with the finishes and updated it with a fresh WHITE contemporary flare. New Tuft and Needle Mattresses /Free washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Remodeled White Kitchen space with Quartz countertops, recessed lighting and Breakfast bar overlooks open newly furnished living room /dining room area with 65" Smart TV , overlooking Covered Patio for outdoor dining... Beautiful pool area close to condo is a quiet spot to relax and cool off. Community gas grills near pool. One covered parking spot for the condo as well as several extra guest parking spots available.

Wonderful property with a great centralized location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend the unit to anyone interested in a visit to the Phoenix/Paradise Valley area Management was very responsive to a minor issue we had with the Internet going down and it was solved quickly. My wife and I enjoyed the peaceful feeling that the property provided. Again highly recommended.

Enjoyed the stay here. Good location. Walkable green space. And joining walk and bike path by golf course. Morning coffee on the patio. Close enough to walk to eateries and groceries. Etc.

Wonderful Stay

We spent two amazing weeks at this wonderful condo! The condo is very clean and well furnished. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We did end up renting a car while there, but the condo is within walking distances to restaurant and grocery stores. Renee was very accommodating and great to work with. She answered any questions we had. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing Condo and Hosts!

We loved our recent two week stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded our expectations. The condo was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and exercise facilities. The pool and the condo complex were beautifully maintained. Renee was amazing. She answered any questions we had and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

If I could give Jeff and Renee a 6, I would. They answered all our questions before we went from golf courses nearby to COVID protocols to TV questions, promptly. While we were there, we had a minor plumbing problem which they took care of immediately. Also, kuddos to their manager. The condo was clean, well stocked and everything was labeled! The location can't be beat. Walking distance from Frys, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, . and Walgreens. The Indian Bend trail is right outside. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is within walking distance of Fry’s, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. Renee was very accommodating and a joy to work with.

Great condo! Great hosts !

The condo is very clean! In addition to having a completely renovated kitchen, The master bathroom was just completely renovated. The condo hosts are great and incredibly accommodating! You will enjoy your stay!!

We are mid westerners...... a fitness instructor and real estate broker who love AZ.
2 of our 3 kids went to U of A and we fell in love with the desert. Between the two of us we love to run, swim, cycle, practice yoga and walk. We visit NYC a lot to see our son...Chicago to visit our daughter and our other daughter , husband and 4 grandkids are back home in St Louis (and do not like to be gone from them for too long ! ) We love to shop and eat out and there is plenty of that in Scottsdale !!

After visiting for several winters staying in Scottsdale at Marbeya we bought our own place in Marbeya because we loved the community and Paradise Valley. We began renovation last spring and we are still constantly working to perfect our place for us and for YOU !!! The surrounding area is beautiful to walk daily ..there are amazing homes in Paradise Valley to view. We are also very close ( walkable) to all necessities groceries gyms etc
