This was our first time to Fort Myers, Florida and this Vrbo was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like we were in our own vacation home. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The property was very clean, and all furniture was very comfortable. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The beach access is so close, everything you need for the day at the beach was provided including chairs umbrellas, beach cooler bags and even a cart to haul it all. The home was very clean and close enough to everything and yet far enough away to not be bothered by "down town" I recommend this to everyone!

We had a lovely stay at this property in Fort Myers Beach. A cute little apartment on the second floor, exactly as listed. We had everything we needed for our stay, inside and out. The absolute best part of our stay was the location! Just perfect. You can see the beautiful ocean from the driveway and it’s just a short walk down a few houses and across the street to the deeded beach access, where you’ll find beautiful white sand and a beach that is not overly crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. The property was clean and just as advertised. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet at night—perfect for sitting outside and stargazing. Communication with the host was seamless, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. We really appreciated how they had everything available to help you make the most of your time at the beach. There was even a bottle of aloe in case you had a little too much fun in the sun—haha. Overall, a great experience and one we won’t forget anytime soon. Highly recommend!

The apartment was super clean, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. It had everything we needed for our long weekend get-away. The best parts were its location 5 houses from the beach path and the chairs, towels and coolers available to use there. The hosts very quickly responded to all our questions. There was a minor issue but was taken care of within an hour and they were out of town! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a very quiet neighborhood. It was about equal distance to the northernmost and southernmost part of the beach. Publix was a 10-15 minute walk for groceries. The place was clean and the host did an excellent job of communicating.

The pictures were an accurate representation. We had zero issues and the host was very responsive. Would recommend and would stay again.

Clean, nice decor, convenient location!

Nicely remodeled unit, clean, kitchen adequately equipped, bikes and beach chairs available. Easy walk to the beach.

Dianne, it was a pleasure to have you as guests. The close proximity to the beach "sold" us too. We wanted to make sure guests could make the most of the beach by providing chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and cooler bags.

Wonderful place 1 block from the water. Very well maintained property.

Wonderful place. The size was perfect for our family celebration of our 25th and parents 50th anniversary. Lovely little town just minutes from the property. Would come back again.

Location, location, location!!!! What else can we say! The property is located mid-beach. You have a quiet area to relax with your family, but if you want to be in the middle of the action then just head 5 minutes up the island. We are ideally located, close to the grocery, restaurants, the public water park, the trails, the library with sky view dining, and the bay. Trolley is 75Cents or $2 a day and the Tram is a free and convenient way to get around or use one of the two bikes we have available to guests.
