Relaxing and Beautiful Lakehouse Getaway with waterfront on Possum Kingdom Lake!

On this property, you find direct waterfront access to the Hell’s Gate section of Possum Kingdom Lake. With the ideal water for fishing, swimming and boating, it’s impossible to not have fun! The property has four separate patio areas that are positioned in a layered design, starting at the top of the hill, behind the house, stepping down one by one to all the way down to the newly renovated boat dock. These patios are perfect for sitting and gathering around with loved ones to visit while enjoying the enchanting views of the marvelous Texas countryside. The patio just below the house has two outdoor swinging beds for those who might like to be just that much closer to nature as they sleep peacefully in the open air. The boat dock on the waterfront is a two-story structure; the bottom level being the area for storing boats, jet-skis, and water sport equipment, while the upper level is an open air platform serving as a great place for sun-bathing, sight-seeing, relaxing, diving off into the lake, or using the awesome rope swing! The 1,512 sq ft home at the top of the hill is a rustic and cozy space for families, couples, or groups of friends to rest comfortably with all their needs met - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a great living room with the ability to seat 8 or more, a washer/dryer, TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and much more! The property itself is guarded behind a gate, and furthermore, nestled right within a larger gated community. Pets are allowed with approval from Host. Additional $150.00 cleaning fee required.

The small town of Graford is both charming and rural. Going on a drive in the area is often a great way to see the beautiful Texas "horse-cutting" countryside. The close-by general store, called "The Trading Post" has everything one could need on a trip to the lake.

Guests are able to access every part of the private property from the home to the boat dock!
If guests have their own boat that they would like to store at the docking area of our property, we are happy to accommodate that as well. Not only do we have space in the dock, but we also have boat slips as well as HydroHoist boat lifts for guests who prefer to keep their boat out of the water while it's not being used.

Upon receiving a reservation, we will make contact with you to establish a dialogue. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with the necessary gate codes to access both the community neighborhood as well as the rental property, and will provide you with instructions about accessing necessary keys.
