Late Summer Vacation

My wife and I chose this unit for a late summer vacation and were quite pleased. The unit was clean and well kept. We were provided rented beach chairs for the entire stay. Everything from booking to entering the unit was easy and flawless. I will stay here again!

Absolutely lovely

We stayed at this unit for 4 nights, and it was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, super comfy bed and a pleasure to do business with the owners...I only wish I could've stayed longer! Perfect location to Pier Park, and right on the beach. The chair service was a great addition. I highly recommend this condo! I also recommend Fatty's Sandwich shop right across the street!

Great New Year's Stay

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo the week of New Years Eve. The fireworks show from the pier was spectacular watching from the balcony. I always do a lot of research before I book. I guess you could say I’m pretty picky on where I spend my vacation. The resort itself was outstanding. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable. The view was perfect. What you see In the pictures is what you get. We would definitely stay here again. I loved the second floor and the walk to the pool and beach was the shortest we’ve ever had. Thank you for the stay in your home. Upscale all the way!!

New Years getaway

Very much enjoyed staying at Calypso and in this condo. The family who owns the condo were so pleasant to deal with. I have rented many times at Calypso and other places. Most people are not that friendly and personable. It makes a huge difference for me. Anyway, the condo was just the right size for us. Very clean and organized. I will be returning to this condo or one of the others they own. Dealing with nice people make the experience so much better. Thank you all!

Great Place to stay!

This was our second trip to the Calypso but first stay in this unit. The owners were very easy to work with and everything was just as described. I prefer to be up higher for the views, but the view from the second floor was just as amazing! We were a little skeptical when finding out the room was in the elevator hallway as far as the noise would go but there were no issues with noise except for one morning when the construction crew fired up a drill of some sort at 8:30 am. All in all we had a great time! When we asked my four y/o what her favorite thing was, she said "the pool." Asked what her second favorite thing was and she said "the pool" again. We said "you already said that." and she replied "But they have 2 pools!" Can't argue with that! We love how close this condo is to Pier Park and that fact that you do not need to drive anywhere if you do not want to. The free beach chairs were great especially with having a 1 y/o the umbrella and padded chairs were a big plus. I would definitely recommend this unit and Condo itself as a great place to stay if you are heading to Panama for a vacation. Thanks again Ken, Brenda, Jacqueline, and Cleve! Look forward to renting from you again in the future!

October 2016 vacation

Had a great time, really enjoyed the condo. Very clean, loved the large pantry and bedroom closet. My husband was wary but he has since our return stated how impressed he was. The only thing missing in his opinion was larger TVs but we still enjoyed the little time we were indoors to watch TV. Our only observation (I hesitate to use the term complaint) is we found the spacious king size bed too hard for our tastes. We would definitely stay in one of your properties in the future so thank you so much!

Lovely Clean Condo

My husband & I stayed at this amazing Condo on the 2nd Floor for the month of February. Everything in the condo is in great condition. You can tell that the owners take pride in looking after this place. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need. Lots of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery glasses etc. The towels and linens were of very high quality. We found the owners to be extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. We received our deposit back very very promptly. (within 2 weeks) and we live in Canada that is good service. As other eviews have mentioned this location is perfect. It is walking distance to so many things. We also loved sitting on the balcony. It is very well protected from the wind, and the views are amazing. Thank you Ken & Jacqueline. Another Great Stay

We are here now and are day 6 into our 9 day stay. I can tell you without hesitation this is a wonderful condo that is exactly as pictured on VRBO. It is nicely furnished, extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked with every thing you need. The room is located just as you step off the elevator which is so convenient!!! And being only a block from Pier Park means you never have to move your car unless you want to. The owners are so easy to work with and will always be responsive to any question you may have. We really enjoyed our visit to PCB. This condo was clean, very comfortable and had everything we could of asked for. The 2nd floor is perfect and has great views of the ocean. The free beach service saved us $250 so thank you very much for including that for your guest :)) The bed was so comfy and we loved the views from the master and the living room area. Great Condo

My husband and I loved your condo. Everything was spotless and comfortable. My husband loves the closeness to the pier where he fishes everyday. The kitchen is well equipped although my husband purchased some extra wine glasses. We left them there so others could enjoy and we may be there again. Clean and Very Comfortable Condo

I stayed at this condo for a week while on a business trip. I was impressed with the condo and enjoyed my visit. The condo was clean and comfortable! This was a very nice place. The owner responded to my email to book quickly and the process for booking was easy.

Enjoyed staying in this condo, our favorite one at Calypso and we have at this resort many times

I stayed in this condo in October and had a great stay. Everything about staying here was good, from the easy booking, nice owners and I got my deposit back in a timely fashion. The condo is very nice with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and the views are perfect! The second floor is the perfect location in the building. I would stay in this condo next time we return to Calypso. The free beach service is an added bonus for us an saved us lots of money! Great all around experience and great vrbo property.

Great condo, clean and beautiful! Will be back again.

We stayed for a short break this winter. The condo was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the location ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were nice and good to book with. We enjoyed our short walk to Pier Park. Thank you!!!

The location is the best thing about this condo. This condo is tired. The description of the condo stated that it was professionally decorated, there isn't a interior designer in the state of Florida that would have decorated this condo the way it is. Cheesy. The bed in the bedroom is broken down. Do not believe the review that talks about how comfortable it is. Someone put a waffle pad on it, apparently trying to disguise the fact that a new mattress and foundation is desperately needed. And on top of that the sheets were knotty, not the nice comfortable sheets that was stated in the description. We even tried sleeping on the sofa bed, huge mistake, the sofa is as broken down as the bed. When we pulled the sofa bed out all kinds of things fell out. Just sitting on the sofa was uncomfortable. My husband and I are not large people but when you sit down you go to the floor. There was an occasional chair in the living room. An occasional chair? Really? Uncomfortable doesn't describe it either. The bathroom was ok. There were 3 towels and 3 washcloths. So laundry was on the agenda daily. That's what you want to do on vacation. Said no one. The TV's are neither "huge" or "large". This condo isn't "luxurious". The reviews are mostly from 2011 and 2012, lots of things change in that length of time.

We have 31 FIVE STAR REVIEWS. I am surprised it took you over 9 months to write this review from the date of your stay. In fact I am wondering if you remember the condo at all after that long. We have 31 Fiver star reviews!!! In the month of May we had 6 Five star reviews and those were all written when the renters returned home from their vacations, certainly not almost a year later. This condo is well kept up and we take GREAT pride in all our condos that we own at Calypso, all with excellent reviews. In fact many renters even commented on how comfortable this bed was and how nice the decor is. I urge renters to read all the reviews, look at all the picture posted and then you will get an a very clear picture of how nice this condo is. Jacqueline

Loved the condo and the views are amazing from the bedroom and living room. Good owners to work with

We stayed in this beautiful condo and loved it! It was clean, well decorated and great location. It was nice to have a balcony access from both the master bedroom and the living room area. We enjoyed walking over to Pier Park. The 2nd floor was ideal, down one flight your on the beach, up one flight your at the walk way to garage yet it is a quiet floor :)
