2 bedroom, 2 full bath house with Private Fenced Yard and garage. The Four Seasons is perfect for your getaway. We want you to come and enjoy everything that Cottonwood has to offer. Wine tasting, nature, hiking, spectacular views, great food, cooler temps and the small- town atmosphere. Minutes from Clarkdale, Jerome and Sedona.
The Space:

The House ~ The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a private fenced yard. It's centrally located and minutes from shopping, restaurants and nature. The neighborhood is quiet with awesome views of the Mingus Mountains.
Living room ~ A large and bright open space for relaxing, chatting and enjoying a glass of wine after a busy day. The TV is equipped with Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Turn on the electric fireplace with or without heat to cozy up next to in the evening. Books, games and hiking guides are located in the living room. Wi-Fi for your devices is included.
Kitchen ~ well-equipped with modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and baking sheets.
Dining Room ~ Ample seating for 4 guests to enjoy meals.
Main Bedroom ~ walk in closet, attached bathroom with a full-sized shower stall, ceiling fan, luggage rack and ample lighting.
Second Bedroom ~ large closet, Jack and Jill door to the hall bathroom that can be locked for privacy, ceiling fan, luggage rack, and ample lighting. Also has a practical home office space for those working from home.
Yard ~ the front yard has a lovely shade tree with an awesome view of the Mingus Mountain. Sit in the retro chairs and enjoy a cup of morning coffee. The back yard is fenced for privacy and decorated in a eclectic, artsy and fun fashion. The back yard has a covered porch, propane grill, fire pit (as weather and fire bans permit), and outdoor seating area. Enjoy the 4 seasons of Cottonwood from the yard all year round!
Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. An app is able to be downloaded by guests to open and close the garage door.
Additional Amenities ~ small travel cooler for lunch and drinks, 2 folding beach chairs, access to the 2 car garage, central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
We have high speed cable internet (100 mbs) for all of your streaming needs or work from home zoom meetings.
Recording/ monitoring device cameras on property next to the front door and over the driveway of the house. Both record motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our cameras are for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.
Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and AirBnB. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

4 Person overnight maximum. 8 person daytime occupancy. Please let host know prior to the daytime guests arrival.
No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $500 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.
Our property is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, Please be respectful of our neighbors
There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.
We have video and sound monitoring devices on the exterior of the house only, They record sound and video 24/7. The ring flood light is located above the garage and monitors the driveway. The Ring doorbell is located next to the front door and monitors the front door. If guests tamper with the recording devices in anyway, the reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund.
The property has an Ecobee connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.
There is an Alexa device on the side table in the Livingroom. Guests can ask Alexa to play music or unplug the device if they don't want it to be active.
Guests who use the fire pit are responsible to burn wood only in the fire pit. No bonfires. The fire will need to be put out completely and never left unattended. No fires are permitted during times of a fire ban.
-We allow up to 2 small, well trained and friendly dogs on the property. The pets must be added to the reservation and the pet fee paid prior to checking in. The pet fee is $150. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee of $300 per pet. Owners must clean up after their pets, please do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time. Please do not leave them in the yard for long periods of time or let them bark. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Pet deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees and costs may apply if pets damage anything at the property. Guests must immediately clean up after pets. Pet waste needs to be thrown in the outside trash can. Pet wast pick up is charged at $60.
