As you enter the great room, you are greeted with a light, casual yet elegant living space. Flanked by two columns, this space contains a living area with white wood floors, a carved whitewashed fireplace, and a dining area that seats eight to 10.

Directly across from the dining table is an open kitchen with an island that seats three. Also on the first floor is the powder room with built-in laundry area (full-size washer and dryer) and a master suite with private bath.

The first floor master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, TV, and french doors leading to the porch. The master bedroom has his and her walk-in closets leading to the master bath. The bath has a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities.
Upstairs you will find another master bedroom suite decorated beautifully in blue and white island style. This suite features a king bed, TV, and french doors opening onto the upper balcony.
