At the geographical location level:
- The apartment is located on Avenue de la Marne, at -5 minutes walk from the charming St-Charles district and its shopping street. You will find bakeries, pastry shops, pharmacy, butcher, caterer, fishmonger, cheese maker, wine merchants, florist, Carrefour City (all are open Sunday morning and some all day!).
- Even closer ... You will also find, almost directly on the doorstep of the residence tobacco/press, wine merchant, and the Petit Casino de la Marne mini-market (open 7/7, see timetables on the storefront depending on the period ...).
- The city center of Biarritz, the Hotel du Palais, and the main beach are at 8-minutes walk from the apartment via the Avenue Reine Victoria and its luxury boutiques. Miramar beach is at 7-minutes walk away through the St-Charles district.
The apartment is built around its central patio of 29m2 which in fine weather becomes a living room in its own right. You can have a drink there, or even sunbathe in its outdoor seating area, as well as sit down from breakfast to dinner, in its other dining area.
All the rooms overlook the patio through very large bay windows facing mainly East and South, which makes the apartment bright. Its large living room with an area of 77m2 consists of an open kitchen, a double L-shaped living/dining room, and an office space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare good meals: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, teapot, toaster, electric citrus press, food processor / blender, steamer, baking tins ... Its central high table and 6 stools will allow you both to have your meals there, as well as to cook in a friendly way.
- The modern neo-baroque living room makes the atmosphere pep's and tangy with its sofa and large colorful velvet armchairs. They go very well with the elegant black of the large square glass table and the rest of the furniture, and give the apartment a chic edge.
At the back of the apartment, the sleeping area has:
- A master bedroom with its independent shower room, overlooking the south side of the central patio. (large Habitat 180x200 white leather bed, consisting of 2 memory foam mattresses of 90x200)
- A medium bedroom with its white lacquered bed, opening onto another patio at the back. (160x200 bed).
- A smaller bedroom, also overlooking the back patio. (single bed 80x200, convertible into double bed 160x200, 2 real mattresses in 80).
- A shared bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
A laundry room completes this apartment, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is located in a courteous and calm co-ownership of 5 apartments, we will therefore ask you to respect our neighbors as if they were your own.
