The amenities were great! Nice place with a great view! The place was not cleaned very well. We had to wash the sheets in the beds ourselves as the smelled like they had not been washed in awhile. Bathroom shower curtain was really moldy. Tried to vacuum and the vacuum shot out a bunch of dust and continued the entire time vacuuming I had to stop. Overall experience was good. Had everything we needed.

Great condo

We really enjoyed this condo.The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is so convenient to lots of great restaurants.We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place

Despite a few maintenance issues, we had a good stay here. The property manager was very responsive. Nice finishes and a nice view. It is a second floor condo so be prepared to do steps.

Beautiful condo with waking paths

My husband and another couple stayed in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with updated bathrooms, kitchen and decor. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly want and the host left a welcome basket for movie night. Check in and out was easy and there was plenty of commmunication before and during stay. The location is near shopping, highway and a beautiful golf course. We enjoyed the walking paths around the neighborhood and the swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again if in Mesa area

Great setup of condo

Not much appliances and cups were not clean. Everything else was spotless. Not great communication with owner though

Beautiful

Stay was great. plenty of room. Good instructions. Good communication. Beautiful area. Prices were not transparent. It cost us more in cleaning, taxes and other fees, than the room itself! Really worked us over on the total price.

nicely updated, great location with some easily remedied issues.

The condo has been beautifully and comfortably updated and furnished. The photos are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked, and has all the items you would need on vacation. All the appliances work well, including the washer and dryer.This property is in a great location for exploring Phoenix, and we have stayed in various rentals in this complex for over 6 years now. We appreciated the roominess of the 2nd floor, as well as garage access and gate fobs. The lack of an outdoor parking pass( we did contact owner for one upon arrival but never got one] meant we had to park inside the garage even if we were just back for a bit which was inconvenient due to the tight space.. Both bedrooms were roomy and well furnished. There were plenary of hangers. The master bed and sheets seemed very old, and the pillows were horrible. Although the kitchen was well stocked, we had no dish cloths or towels in the kitchen- we shared with the owner in their welcome text on the day after arrival who said they would drop some off but they never arrived. The unit was very dusty upon arrival- we could swipe and see with our fingers. The shower curtains were very stained on the bottom- quite a contrast to the new tile. The patio was basically unusable due to ripped and stained patio cushions. We also didn’t appreciate the added fee for using a credit card to pay- how else would pay? Before renting again, I’d check all the fees attached.
