My house is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or family stay.
The accommodation has 5 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds and 2 double beds. You will also have 2 outdoor spaces available in front of the box of the house (which is closed to guests).
The house is bright, comfortable and can accommodate up to 8 people.
You will have the opportunity to spend unforgettable moments thanks to the TENNIS field and the SWIMMING POOL of the residence.
You can take pretty walks near the port of Cannes Marina (3mn by car) or the Mandelieu Skatepark (2mn).
Want to go out for a bit? I suggest the PLAGE Robinson 6 minutes away or the PLAGE du sable d'or where you will be spoiled for choice between NAUTICAL activities such as water skiing, parasailing, towed buoys, jet-skis and pedal boats.
For lovers of RIDING, there is an equestrian center less than 7 minutes by car (the Ponies club des écureuils).
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival.
EXTRA CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
A request for additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
SERVICE
In order to facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send to you once the reservation has been confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet made available to you throughout the duration of your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses and more.

A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
