The house, with an area of ​​170 m2, with a heated swimming pool will offer you an excellent level of comfort with modern equipment. It can accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults + 4 children) in a freshly renovated and very high quality setting.

The ground floor consists of an open and spacious living space serving the TV lounge, a dining room with its large table and a beautiful open kitchen. From the living room and dining room, you can access the fully equipped and protected terrace to share your outdoor meals.

The night part is organized on two levels:
- On the ground floor, you will find a dormitory with bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children and another bedroom with two single beds that can be put together. Between the two bedrooms, the large shared bathroom composed of a shower and a bathtub.
A separate WC on the ground floor.
- On the first floor, two bedrooms with a Queen bed and equipped with a fan have their own shower room, one with a walk-in shower and another with a hip bath.
A separate toilet on this same floor.

The heated and salt-treated swimming pool offers dimensions of 7x4 and is protected by an electric shutter to ensure safety. The garden is wooded and not fenced. The villa is located above a road which can cause noise at certain times of the day.

The parking of your vehicles will be facilitated thanks to the 3 places available in front of the property (closed garage + courtyard).

The final cleaning is included in your stay and on your arrival, the accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and the household linen installed (towels, sheets, tea towels).
