Our walkout basement apartment was designed & built with guests in mind. We live on the premises, directly above. We love the mountain & water views from our backyard. You may see Ralphie (our Frenchie puppy) running about & lots of birds!

Comfy, brand new, contemporary beds 🛏
Something I really notice at Airbnb’s and hotels are the beds. I book and hope they will be comfortable. I spent months researching mattresses and settled on four separate types so that guests could have options when staying. All beds include mattress protectors and ALL linens (including blankets and duvet covers) are washed and cleaned before every new guest arrives.

Queen Bed - Nectar Matress & Pillows
Bunk Single Beds - Zinus twin sized mattresses, one firm, one medium plush
Espresso and coffee machines double sided gas fireplace freestanding soaking tub rainfall shower, desk with comfy office chair, selection of games, wet bar includes “drinks” to enjoy, an extendable rustic dining table, Bluetooth speaker to connect your devices and a small room humidifier are some of the features.
Moments from the 470 tollway, 16 minutes to Denver International Airport, 28 minutes to Boulder & 35 minutes to Denver. 45 Minutes to Red Rocks. There are walking paths and a lovely park in our community for walking, running or kids activities.
Top Golf, restaurants, Denver outlet & shopping a short drive away.
Located North East of Denver, Waterside Todd Creek is the burbs meets a little rural. To us, it feels like we are close to it all but just far enough away for it not to feel like complete suburbia.
We’re low key people and our neighbors are as well. We want you to relax and enjoy.

* PETS POSSIBLE, please let us know what pets you’ll be bringing - additional cleaning fee possible
* OUTSIDE Quiet Hours start at 11.30pm, please enjoy yourself, we just want to respect our neighbors
* We have no restrictions on inside noise, but ask that after 2am any crazy loud noise be kept to a minimum.
Our home was built in 2019 and the apartment was completed in September 2020.
Furnishings and decor are new and the space has been designed for comfort and function. Our goal was to make the apartment a home away from home with several personal touches and luxury elements. Our bathrooms include open shower spaces, the main enjoys a rainfall shower and freestanding tub.
At just over 1660 sq. ft of living space, the walkout basement is more like a separate home, with most ceiling area over 100". We've added new windows which means most of the home enjoys bright, natural light.
Great for singles, families, or friends traveling.

FULL DISCLOSURE
Please note the apartment is a basement and even though we've built it to mitigate as much noise as possible, footfall transfer & some sound can be heard from above. We do our best minimize this, but naturally in an apartment setting, some noise will be heard.
In addition to our double-sided fireplace (available mid-October through May), our home is air-conditioned for comfort. Typically in a home with two levels the lower level can be a little cooler than the above. You’ll have a temperature gauge but thermostat controls live upstairs. If you have any concerns we are a quick text or visit away.
The apartment is fitted with plenty of brand new linens, blankets, and is cozy and comfortable. Feel free to open the windows for fresh air but close them when you leave.
We have a video camera doorbell & cameras outside of the home for security. There are no cameras inside the home, these are for outside security purposes only.
