Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable 1-bedroom apartment where you will be able to start off your day like a King, with a breakfast either on your very own terrace or right on the beach. That also works for cocktails at the end of your day... Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?

**As far as the apartment amenities, things look pretty good too:**

- A unique decoration, personally chosen by the property owners, to render a “like at home” atmosphere rather than a “like at the hotel” feeling.

- A beautiful living room with a large bay windows, opening to the terrace, furnished with a dining table for 4 people, a coffee table, a convertible sofa and a flat-screen TV.

- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need during your stay, including a must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), as well as all appliances, dishware, tableware and every other ware everywhere...

- The beautiful terrace, with a dining table for 4 and a lounging area.

- A bedroom with double bed, closet and a private balcony.

- A large bathroom with shower and some really nice tile work.

- Separate toilets, but you may be glad they are separate...

A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Avenue Jean Cresp, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, located within three and a half minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

Reach the famous Croisette and either relax along the beach, or get a sun-tan, savor some ice-cream, look for movie stars... It's up to you.
Do your daily shopping for a rotisserie chicken, some fresh catch of the day, crispy baguette... or any other food item, and discover the wonderful friendly local stores.
Talk the entire family or friends into going with you for a pétanque tournament at the Place de l’Etang.
Go to the beach or eating out in the nearby Mouré Rouge part of town.

And within less than 7 minutes by car, you'll be able to:

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès.
Board a train at the main station for a ride along the Mediterranean coast.
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
