The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking good dishes for your loved ones. It gives access to a loggia used as a laundry room with its washing machine / dryer.

The sleeping area offers 2 pretty rooms with a decoration giving each a distinct identity.
They are both equipped with double beds (140 x 190) recent and comfortable but also large closets. One of the two bedrooms gives direct access to the long balcony.

The toilet and the bathroom are independent of the bedrooms. The bathroom offers the choice between shower and bath.

Other remarks
The parking available is secure and is located in the backyard of the building. Large vehicles such as vans will be able to park there easily.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Arrival times: 5pm -7pm, departure time: 8am – 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The apartment is located on a street where traffic can generate a slight noise disturbance on the balcony. Traffic noise is not noticeable closed windows on the west side due to the quality of the double glazing.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located by the sea. You will have easy access to the beaches of La Ciotat.
Along the beaches are many restaurants and shops.

The old town is a 10-minute walk away. Let yourself be carried away quietly along small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
