The bright living room is pleasant with its dining area and living room. A desk has been set up for those who should be working (with moderation). The double glass door gives direct access to the balcony that runs along the entire apartment and offers a sea view.



The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking good dishes for your loved ones. It gives access to a loggia used as a laundry room with its washing machine / dryer.



The sleeping area offers 2 pretty rooms with a decoration giving each a distinct identity.

One room is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190), the other offers two single beds that we can group in double bed on request. The bedding is recent and comfortable and the 2 bedrooms have large closets. One of the two bedrooms gives direct access to the long balcony.



The toilet and the bathroom are independent of the bedrooms. The bathroom offers the choice between shower and bath.

Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the seaside, the typical Provençal rhythm of life while forgetting your car.

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out the check-in and check-out.

This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, its mode of operation and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.

She will give you and comment on our tourist guide who advises you on typical days to discover the region.

She will be reachable by email and on her mobile.



Other remarks

The parking available is secure and is located in the backyard of the building. Large vehicles such as vans will be able to park there easily.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Arrival times: 5pm -7pm, departure time: 8am – 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

The apartment is located on a street where traffic can generate a slight noise disturbance on the balcony. Traffic noise is not noticeable closed windows on the west side due to the quality of the double glazing.



The neighborhood

The apartment is located by the sea. You will have easy access to the beaches of La Ciotat.

Along the beaches are many restaurants and shops.

The old town is a 10-minute walk away. Let yourself be carried away quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also pick up your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...

The bus station is 450 m away, the port 300 m, the SNCF train station 4 km away and accessible directly from the bus station.
