Tybee Paradise Beach House for Families, Pet Friendly

Tybee Island is Savannah’s beach community, just a 30-minute drive from the historic district and a world away from the rat race.

Our “Tybee Paradise” beach house lies just four blocks from the sand in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is ideal for a family with children, and it’s big enough for two.

Tybee Island is its own community with grocery stores, bars, shopping, and restaurants a short walk away. Book for a weekend, a week, or longer. You’ll enjoy every minute here.

The home has three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-sized poster bed; another has two double beds, and the third has a queen bed and a twin. There are full-sized bathrooms.

The living room is huge, with plenty of room for each member of the group to stretch out after a long day in the waves. The dining room has a six-top dining table. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances of a home.

Outside, there is a wrap-around, screened-in porch with patio furniture. There are two outdoor showers to wash off the sand before going inside.

This house is oriented toward families. A crib is available for infants, and there are two high chairs for toddlers as well. The walk to the beach is a mere 10 minutes–it is a 2-minute drive. Guests may rent a golf cart for the duration of their stay and take it everywhere on the island.

Instructions for the internet and trash pickup, etc, are in a frame in the kitchen. Beach chairs are downstairs. Rinse all salt and sand from the chair before putting it back. Enjoy the outdoor shower, we try to reduce sand by rinsing feet and removing shoes. Please pull the grill away from the house when using it.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: Please know that early check-ins and late check-outs REALLY stress our cleaning crew. Guests who would like to arrive early or stay late are advised to book the previous or following night. Those who do not want to do this can sometimes obtain additional hours at a fee of $100 per hour. This must be approved ahead of time and is not guaranteed.

This home is pet-friendly. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and wolf hybrids. Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
