Such a great experience! A super clean room (but not the kind that smells like chemicals), very comfortable space, great ocean/beach view including comfy Adirondack chairs to watch the water from the balcony. We didn’t use the pool but sat by it, it seemed very nice. We had easy access to the beach as well as walking distance to some restaurants. The street area was clean. Check-in process was clear and the communication from the host was always timely! It was also really quiet (in a good way!). It was during the week so I can’t speak to weekends but I was so happy we didn’t feel disturbed at all by any other guests. I would absolutely stay again!

The place was perfect for a nice, relaxing visit. The view is wonderful. The pool was inviting, but unfortunately, the weather was not. Love that we were just steps from the beach. Everything we could have needed was provided. We didn't need the oven or dishwasher as we ate out the whole time. Our host responded right away to our question.

Great location, with ocean view, small, but comfortable. D/W did not work, coffee maker broke, bathroom not clean, and A/C barely worked which made damp and smelly towels and not very cool. No side tables, or lamps in living space. Has potential to be so much moreNeeds some repairs made. Sheets kept coming off bed, should be replaced and towels never dried due to A/C not working

We provided a brand-new Keurig at your request, despite there already being a drip coffee maker in the unit—which you indicated at the time was sufficient. You did not mention any issues regarding a dirty bathroom during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team back to ensure the space met your expectations. A review is intended to reflect the overall experience, rather than serve as a list of personal preferences or hypothetical improvements. The air conditioning unit is brand new and functioning properly; we were not notified of any difficulty using it and would have been happy to assist if needed. We also note that the guest who stayed immediately after you left a very positive review, and our long history of strong reviews reflects the consistent quality of our property and guest experience. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable home with a beautiful beachfront view, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve any concerns in real time.

We loved the location of the rental, the hosts are very responsive and accommodated our early check-in request. The bed was comfortable and overall the space was just enough. One thing out of the hosts control is no washer/dryer in unit. Unfortunately it's Florida and it's humid nothing dries, even bath towels. We would stay again.
